what are you talking about? why would you not want a game to look as realistic as possible? And im pretty sure that if they had a cold sore, they wouldnt include that while creating the persons face in the game because it isnt something that is always there.

Yeah... That's what I thought.

The Demo on the 360 looks impressive, but the character models aren't as good as FNR3 - and no where near as good as they're made out to be from those images above. I couldn't really tell close-up though.

Hopefully, PS3 version will look a tad better.
