They hyped it up wayyy too much. It's probably ONLY worth buying on PC at the moment. And on top of that Mr. Bell defends it and can't handle a little criticism.

With the right refinements, it can be one of the best driving franchises on a console.

Unfortunately, they haven't hit that note yet.
