I'm currently sitting on 3 exotic bounties.. Invective, Thorn, and Bad JuJu. I'm at the Crucible stage on each of them, I'm just not looking forward to it :(

The Bad Juju crucible part looks quite easy though. No penalty if you die.

Bad Juju and Invective are the easiest, in that order. Thorn is very difficult and could be impossible depending on character.
 
When I first got to that part of Thorn and Invective I thought it was going to be hard. I had not tried Crucible to that point but ended up getting Invective done in my first 2 games. Thorn took me about 2 1/2 hours to complete. The main thing you have to do with Thorn is use nothing but Void weapons. I didn't have a Void primary so I only used my fusion rifle or MG.

Yeah, I've already have Pre-dlc Invective, and that was easy. Its Thorn I'm dreading.

I'm sitting on the Void parts of Thorn as well on my warlock and my hunter is at the crucible part of bad juju I think I am going to spec my lock for grenades and use axion bolt since I've heard it's pretty hard to get away from unless you are paying attention.
Also I can help if needed as long as you stick around :p

She was already hassling me haha. I stayed just long enough to help clear out the room, then I had to go. :(
 
I had the Thorn and Invective bounties at one point, but I don't use shotguns or hand cannons so I deleted them. It wasn't worth the frustration, and it was taking up bounty space.
 
Void is the least used damage type. Despite it being used by 3 of the strongest enemies, it is only represented by one Exotic (Truth). It also has a hand cannon (Word of Crota) and Auto Rifle (Atheon's Epilogue). There is no void scout rifle and no void shooting vehicle. We may not see a void exotic primary until the Cabal raid.

It was unexpected, I got startled, and because of that I was having a hard time getting into position. :(
 
Ahh the Thorn bounty. The Crucible part is a pain in the a$$. I did it with the Epilogue, The Calming (fusion) and The Swarm. Still it took me quite a lot of games because of that death penalty. The last part was even more annoying. That 26lvl strike is as hard as a Nightfall and since there is no rewards from it you need to relay on the good will of your friends. I did it with only one friend, mostly solo, he was there just so I don’t reset on death. So he just stayed behind the wall with the Shrieker and wasn’t actually playing just chatting, and I ran into the room, unloaded with the Gjallahorn, died, and respawned over and over again. Took me about an hour and a half before that damn wizard showed up. Still it was worth it – I love that gun! Have the bounty with my warlock too and maybe I’ll do it again just for the fun of it this time lol.

Also, even though the Xur stock sucks this week, I got lucky with the engrams and got two helmets I did not have and are useful too – The Glasshouse and the Knucklehead Radar. So not so bad after all.
 
The Last Guardians Clan, that T12, Bonio, now Duffers, and myself are in, took down Crota in HM last night. It was my first and the clans second.

We have what I think is a very safe strategy - taking down Crota from the center and running to the left Ogre room when they are about to spawn. It wasn't a prefect run but it got the job done. Our first run of the night was prefect until the sword that would've gotten the death kill despawned when our swordmaster grabbed it.

I bought 2 engrams this week and got Achlyophage Symbiote and Knucklehead Radar. I guess the Symbiote might be useful for crucible, but it's kind of ugly so I'm not going wear it all the time. The Knucklehead has one point higher stat than the one I already have, so I guess both engrams are somewhat useful.

Symbiote is perfect for a Gunslinger set.

The Symbiote is the best Hunter exotic to wear if you play as a gunslinger.
 
The Achlyophage Symbiote is probably more useful than my Crest of Alpha Lupi, but I think the Alpha Lupi looks way cooler. It matches particularly well with my Strength of the Pack cloak and Dead Orbit armor.

Got a Plan C from Nightfall today. I don't use fusion rifles very much, but it looks pretty cool. It would probably help with my Pocket Infinity bounty.
 
It's now been 2 weeks since I've ran a successful raid....

I promise you that 80% of users who do it (I being one of them) aren't assholes who are know-it-alls and think they're the best in the game and such.

Oh, I've found good people to raid with through there. The issue is that I want to do the Crota Raid but I am nowhere near able to.

Its ok, I still havent even finished VOG hard mode, or Crota's normal mode :(

The wife and I tried for about a week to get thru hard VoG and failed with all the glitches at Aethon although we got close. Normal Crota is pretty fun not sure I'll try hard until all the bugs are sorted.
