We have a little One gang going on here on GTP. If you can get to 27 then I know at least 3 of us who wouldn't mind taking you through the nightfall, that and getting exotics from XUR are how I've been able to get some good gear other than buying thru the Quartermasters.

I have 267 motes of light, 23 of them will be special enough to convert a Exotic Engram in to the Heart of the Praxic Fire.

*Does it all of those times, none of them become heart of the praxic fire, @dhandeh ragequits and blames it on me.

Anyone up to do nightfall in a couple of hours? I haven't been able to do it this week and was wondering if anyone wants to be tortured with me alongside horrible Murray Walker impersonations.
 
Destiny has a wonderful look and feel, it has a certain aura of something truly spectacular. I truly feel that Bungie, much like their previous efforts in Halo are commencing what will be an epic franchise.

I have had it for a week and know that this will consume my life for the time being.

Would like to, but I'm going out with friends today. Me and a friend are going to do it at least once tomorrow afternoon(after 12:00GMT). Join us if still need to it.

Got it on the 6th! I am now a full worshipper of the sun, behold my grenade spam upon using Radiance.
 
I actually got Voidfang Vestments with my first engram, but the roll was only 135, so I bought one anyway.
 
Finally got the new Raid Scout, so that's all raid weapons for me now.

Also got the Crux so will be upgradin that soon :)

So what's so special about that Praxic Fire piece?

Soooooooooooooo much solar grenade spam. It probably halves the cool down on top of whatever Radiance already does.
 
Got the Hearth of Praxic Fire from an engram and bought the Voidefang Vestiments. Had the Starfire Protocol before that. Spoiled for choice when it comes to my Warlocks’ chest armors.
 
Has anyone gotten the old guns recently from Engrams? I got the old 300 max Apocalypse machine gun yesterday.
 
Three characters through VoG HM this week. No Praedyth's Revenge, again... Supposedly one of the most common VoG weapons to drop and I'm having so much trouble getting it. I do have two full sets of Hunter VoG armor, and almost a full set for Warlock.
 
And there was me thinking that last week's Nightfall was boring. We now have Valus T'Arsewipe with the same modifiers as Omnidull. That's everything apart from a burn modifier.
Pack your lunchboxes people, it's going to be long and boring, and those unflinching phalluses don't even bare thinking about.

And I will probably again end up at the end of the week without the gun that shall not be named.
