Diablo Available For The Us Version

Yea i got the codes and everything but i dont know how to make them work. I got a cheap car the nsx i think and i saved it in the normal game. Then i went into gameshark and i went under gt3. Next i presed right on the dpad and it brought me to various cheats. I pressed O and i said "new cheat". I put in CarBase. Next i press ok and then it brought me back to the cheats. All the other cheats were orange and wen i activated them the flashed between green and orange. The new cheat i added being CarBase was purple. I then pressed right while higligting CarBase. It then said carbase at the top of this new screen and it was empy. I pressed edit and entered the cheats for car base.As far as im concerend i put in the first set of numbers giving,,,1c041350~ 58fa3545. Then i clicked ok. Since the code appeared to have more than one set i again pressed the edit button on the CarBase screen that alredy accompained the first set of cheats. Next at this new edit i put in the next set
1c041354 ~ 76fd710b. After thsi i saved it. Stil the cheat Car Base was puple and i could not activate it. The onlyway to activate it was to go to the game names and activate every avaliable cheat for gt3. After doing that i had to diable more cheats becuase there were tomany. After all was said and done i had a couple of money cheats and the CarBase cheat. I booted the game and saw that the money cheats were working. Then i procceded to my garage where i saw my same NSX. My question now is one how to i get my CarBase cheat activated without activateing everything and my other question is do i need CarBase
BodyColor Just to see the body of the lambo?????

This isn't hot news i think.Is was already known that you'd have to use a sharport so it's only frustrating for the ones with not a sharkport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Sorry to drag this thread back, but I'm a GameShark n00b and I'd like to get my hands on these cars. I'm going for the Diablo first, but I'm having a problem. First off, I'm using GameShark2 ver3 on an old-school (not GH) copy of the North American GT3.

I start by creating a new code list, starting with the GT3 master code (F413BD26-B26405AE) and then I follow these steps:
make sure you have an NSX in the first slot. put in these codes first.

When I activate these three codes and try to boot GT3 I get the idiot warning and 'SCEA Presents' screen, but nothing more. The game hangs on a black screen after that. Any idea what could cause this, or what I've done wrong? I haven't felt like such a n00b in a long time... :scared:
 
Congratulations, you're 0/2. :crazy: First of all, wrong Forum (I think the Hybrid forum might have been better). Second of all, those are Gameshark 2v2 codes. Go to sinned's site, and go to: Fully Coded Cars (Hidden and Hard to get). Those are the correct GS2v3 codes.

Thanks for the info, it's appreciated. But I'd say I'm 1/2 since I can't think of a better place to ask about getting the Diablo in the US version than in a thread entitled "Diablo Available For The US Version". It's also linked in the "Look here before you ask" thread, so now that you've helped me find the info, other people can find it too. Thanks again! 👍
 
Nope, no SharkPort just a GameShark. But with gnome's link I got my hands on the Diablo last night. Sinned's site had a few funky codes (incomplete rear tire, 17-byte 2nd & 3rd gears) but I put a Castrol/Mugen NSX in the first slot so those things could be left out. I'll get me the 911 GT3 tonite... :D
 
Kool, If you get stuck or need Tire codes or just about any part/Body Code I'd be glad to help! There's also a Couple of Lancia Stratos and some Duplicate cars in Rare colors, Good luck!!!
 
lol i hope i dont get flamed for sugesstin this but well here goes:
can u trade cars between PAL and NTSC via a mem card, cos then i cud go to my mate and say here have x amount of creds and ill take ur diablo.....he can get another one being a jape and all lol

First, the Acceptable use policy states that you will use proper grammar and puncuation. It also frowns upon using slang terms. We all know there is a big difference between "I helped my uncle Jack off a horse.", and "I helped my uncle jack off a horse." Punctuation is the key. Please use it from now on.

As for your question, No. You can't trade a car between the PAL version and NTSC version. You will still need a gameshark or sharkport/Xport.

I have heard about the diablo and i want it but, i don't no where to get it! I live in England so i obviosly don't have the US version so is there one in the european version, if so, how do i get it?

I've not been able to find the codes here on GTP, and my google-Fu is weak. I suggest codejunkies.com as an alternative.

You will need a AR Max or a divice to transfer a game save from your computer to your PS2 or PS3, or you could send me a blank Memory card and I could put all hidden cars on there, Your choice!
