What road car with the most PP (tuned or not) can be used offroad?

I don't think so, as the car is modified for racing adaptation.

Thanks to MadMax, pretty much whatever car you want can be used on dirt.
As for quickest 4WD times (without the dirt tyre glitch) i'll say the premium Impreza hatch.
The most fun road rally car for me would have to be the FR Renault Clio V6 '00. There's Nothing quite like Getting Dirty With A French Girl

Wait, you can RM an Evo? I missed that, unless you mean tuning it yourself. I don't remember a Lancer being one of the premiums you can apply the racing modification to.

The fastest road on dirt that I know is the Dodge viper acr. And yes it works. But it very hard to handle rear wheel drive car with over 900 hp

What's wrong with MR? I use lotus Elise 111 to do anything that allows production cars on dirt/snow, the stratos rally car is the best rally car in my opinion. The tesla roadster is overkill on snow!

I'm consistently faster with it than any other with the 11' 4door a close second.

Incidentally I own an 08' STi in real life maybe I'm biased

Thats exactly my point, 4WD is no challenge and MR is no fun to drive.
