You get some when (1) you get multiples of 10 cars. Matt/Chrome paints are every 30 cars, but horns you get every ten, so sometimes you get them along with matt/chrome paints and (2) when you finish 3rd in a Seasonal event (Not the Special Holiday Season Event, but any other).

Museum cards you get as part of your daily login bonus - 110/130/150/170/200% etc menu where you get (usually) 10 paints and 10 museum cards. But I fail to see there use, really - I think they just have text in them, never checked really.

No I know that, I meant where did I get mentioning horns in the 1st place as part of the login bonus. Have logged in every day from release so I really should know you get paints and MC's, but I forgot because i'm a
