Do you miss the old seasonal events?

It seems crazy they let you buy a car for $10 and $12 million but don't let you use it! Bring back the F-1 challange, all PD has to do is plug the old one back in.

Only miss the so called expert seasonals. Going to forums reading people moan how impossible they were supposed to be always made my day.

Seriously though those were the only seasonals that made me think about my driving. More of those!

I never raced them, But by the sounds of it they were all pretty well liked by you lot.

I qutie enjoy the current Seasonals. Mostly as I tend to do a stick of 3/5 races in the same car and ramp up the difficulty with each race. (A little bit like an Old Arcade game).

The nice thing is how easy these races are... as it means you have a wealth of cars you can use, and several ways to limit your car in the race - according to your personal skill level. That way a 5 year old kid can get the same buzz as the 65year old grandmother - and all the Aliens can make their own race tougher.

That said I can't really see why PD have removed content from the game... Just got to hope they come back. Even if they had a "Seasonal variation" in rewards.

I like the new ones better. Only having pp restrictions gives you a lot more choices on cars that can be used.
I wish they would tweak the pp range sometimes though. 550 and something like 700 would be nice.

I miss very Seasonal event #1 & #2, there was real tuning limitations and real racing was going on, hard and fun. not those new, easy, short and boring "races", no its not a race its a free roam race day, with very slow other cars

It's funny how the game has supercars but nowhere to race them on.

Give us back a proper Supercar Festival!

I miss the different types of seasonal.

Nice to have different types of cars to use, and not just 400pp 500pp and 650pp as choices.

Same here. That event was a gold mine lol Nowadays I race at SSR5, the A spec seasonal. I use the '66 Jaguar 👍

Yes, shaving tenths of a second off corners with my Ferarri F1 '10, while making mucho, mucho CRs, will be my abiding memory of Gt5.
Also miss Lambo, Supercar and surprisingly, the K-car events.
I'd really like variations on these back, along with events that actually use the game's features i.e weather and/or accelerated time transitions, standing starts, damage etc.
These seasonals have so much potential to be great fun, but PD insist on lazily repeating the same boring formula over and over again.
It's a real shame imo.

I never had a Formula One car when there were events for them, and now I have the cars with no events to run them in. So yes, I miss those(and I was a little surprised when they disappeared).

The others, not so much... easy come, easy go. I used to do the Supercar one a fair bit. But once the Real Circuit Tours(or whatever) appeared, I just used the Nordschleife race for my money needs. Actually, I used money as my excuse to race my 787B or whatever else jumped out at me in that race over and over.

I'll be disappointed if that race disappears, and the Super GT event is pretty cool too - I enjoyed that a lot more than the regular Super GT race event. They really do need a new event for F1 cars however.

But I'd trade them all for the ability to choose my opponents and their settings in Arcade mode, with qualifying and weak slipstream enabled. Maybe championships too, and timed races. Especially considering how formulaic the seasonals have become, and those silly B-Spec events.
