Not really. I see the similarities, but they're just too different, especially considering that the S-Type was inspired by jaguar saloons from the late '50s and early '60s. Also, this should be in the cars in general section.

No, to be honest, I don't see any similarity.

The Jag looks more like a Rover 75 than anything else and the Toyota reminds me of the S-Coupe that Hyundai stole the design for.

I'm sorry, it has been moved. I was playing GT5 and while browsing through my garage saw these two cars which I think look similar. The front grille of the Toyota looks like it has been stretched and became the grille on the Jaguar. Probably just my imagination.
