Since I have the PS2 version I can't justify the $$ for a second copy on a second format!

but on the ps2 can u have your onw songs cuz the pc version let's u put mp3's and u can skin ur your guys

True, but:
- I own a stereo that is able to play whatever CD I wish
- using the cheats in the PS2 version you can use the in-game skins for the player. Nothing like some bum 'jacking a patrol car!

Also, I can't justify the additional cost for these features.

it is 59.99 for the pc and 69.99 for ps2 there are cheats for the pc version u can make ur own skins so u don't have to look like the AI people
