So the Wrestlemania 33 stage looks like it could be one of the better one's in recent years. Apparently it will incorporate a roller coaster (although you can't really tell that from the leaked footage) but it's unknown if it'll be a functional one or not.

Also, the ramp is quite possibly the biggest one yet. Even longer than WM24 in the same stadium. So pencil in about 15 minutes for Taker's entrance, and also expect Goldberg or Brock's entrance to be longer than their actual match.
I'm indifferent with the rollercoaster, feels to Summerslamish.

Yeah I feel the same way, but I guess it is in Orlando, which is famous for Disney World, so it makes some sense.

I hear Undertaker has set off already and Goldberg is set to use a Mario Kart vehicle to get there.

Maybe Undertaker could pull out his old motorcycle.

That set looks gigantic! think of the money that they are spending on that...

Raw was OK, that Spear that Lesnar took looked vicious, Sheamus needed 15 stitches after that ladder shot to his head.

FFS. Is undertaker gonna be carted down?

Sort of...

I was considering posting the pictures here but I think it's a bit much as this site is PG I believe. It's all on Sheamus' twitter though if you want to see an Irish guy with 3 eyes.

Hopefully Hardy gets to keep his gimmick, it would be great to see all to potential he could have.
I'm not so sure, I don't have a lot of confidence for the Broken Hardys to be booked right by the WWE considering how they're booking tag teams at the moment. I guess they would add some depth to either brand's tag team division.

Updated video and images of the Wrestlemania 33 stage being set up. Just wow. They are going all out on this setup, just a shame only Wrestlemania gets a unique set nowadays.

Its not just the rollercoaster setup but the first theme song also feels too Summerslamish.

I don't mind having Greenlight as WM33 theme but it feels like they could've used it for Summerslam.

I wonder if the song is a bit of a spoiler for Seth Rollins' WM33 attire. I want him to wear his Summerslam 2016 attire. It's by far my favorite wrestler attire and he went full on Tron with his attire.

Also avoid the comments section as usual. There are those who want rock to comeback as a theme song for WM33 but they already have Metallica doing one.

I've listened to a part of the Jim Ross's podcast this week, its the first time he has done one since his wife Jan passed away, he explained what happened and how its effected him, she got knocked over by a truck whose driver apparently didn't see here whilst riding her Vespa scooter, she suffered multiple skull fractures and brain swelling and she passed away last Monday whilst JR was recording last week's podcast.

As you can imagine this has devastated him and I am surprised he did his podcast this week at all, he said he has been on auto-pilot a lot of the last 10 days and that he has lost his little Rock star, he also said how her influence helped shape the talent roster in the WWE during the time of his head of talent relations tenure in the late 90's and how she would cook for talent and let them stay in their house if they were passing through.

One of JR's good friends Ric Flair was a guest and spoke about Jan and how they all met when she was a first class flight attendant during a flight they were on, Goldberg is another guest who talks about his current run and what he has described as the biggest week of his career.

So far overall its been quite a sobering listen...

I'm surprised at the WM setup this year... Impressing this has to be made within 1 week!

With WM33 2 or 3 days away and possibly Undertaker's last match, let's take a look back on The Streak.

In case anyone is keeping score at home, WhatCulture's Adam vs Adam is no more after WrestleMania. It will be known as Plumpy vs. Adam. But will it be Blampied or Pacitti that will be known as Plumpy. Before we get to that, here are the rules, there are 13 matches on the Wrestlemania card that both Adams predicted roughly 72 hours before the opening bell. Each correct guess earns them a point, and whoever earns the most, avoids being legally named Plumpy.

Here are their predictions. Matches in grey are ones that they agreed to.

Highlight of the HoF? Cornette looking like he's doing the dinosaur or playing zombie (he wasn't).

It.. it's beautiful...

The best WM set up yet. WM8 used to be my favorite but this one takes the cake as the best stage set up for WM.

I definitely think the stage is a MASSIVE step up from Wrestlemania 32 which was just a star...

Ok after watching a few WWE videos I'm getting sick of that song.

And I'm just gettng started liking the modern WWE PPV themes. When it comes to 2010-present Mania themes, there's only two or three themes I liked.

So Jeff Hardy has come out and stated that he and Matt have not been offered any sort of contract by the WWE and if they ever do, it'll be months before they see them because they, as he puts it; "have to pass a lot of tests that take many months to do".

NXT Takeover card for tonight.

Tye Dillinger, Roderick Strong, No Way Jose & Ruby Riot v Sanity.

Aleister Black v Andrade 'Cien' Almas

NXT Tag Team Championship-Triple Threat Match
Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa (c) v Dash & Dawson v The Authors Of Pain

NXT Women's Championship
Asuka (c) v Ember Moon

NXT Championship
Booby Roode (c) v Shinsuke Nakamura

I cant watch WM live (for one reason once again!) but I can and will watch Takeover tonight.

Is the crowd always this dead during NXT events?

Also, thanks to WWE's stupidity I can watch the legitimate stream for free instead of my usual methods. I wonder how many people just cancel the free trial after Wrestlemania?

Yeah. It's always that quiet but its easy to get used to plus even though they're quiet, they are saving for promos and matches like Nakamura vs Roode, Ember Moon vs Asuka, and other good matches.

So no surprise with all the NXT belts being given a complete redesign, especially the Women's belt.

Also, good to see Drew Galloway at ringside for Takeover (he was referred to as Drew McIntyre though).

And, also, contrary to what Jeff Hardy said above, he and Matt said goodbye to ROH tonight after losing the tag titles, saying that it is time that he and Matt "fade away and classify themselves as obsolete". Possible retirement maybe? Or are they ditching the "Broken" gimmick for now?

And it was confirmed that McIntyre will be coming back. I can't wait to hear Broken Dreams once more. Hopefully WWE can use him properly now. Just hope that he comes to SD Live and not RAW.

I love the Broken gimmick but I feel that I like the Hardys more in their old gimmick in WWE. It's just that Matt needs a better character in WWE while Jeff is fine on his own. And also Matt needs a main event push.

It'll be a while till returns to either brand since he's signed with NXT.
