happened to me 3 time in a raw in 9 hours race ^_^ .
Fair enough. I'm gonna try again today but when it gets half way, i'm gonna save it and back up the save file so I don't have to start from the beginning again
JawehawkDon't you hate it when people create threads solely for the purpose of ranting? Maybe I should make a thread on that đź’ˇ.
gordongtHow do I do that?

Dont you hate it when people rant in threads they dont like because the OP is accused of having a rant !! Maybe you could create a thread on that, while your creating a thread on the ranting itself !!
Just a thought
Oh, and OT, yes very frustrating......
ErikAndre71The only thing I could think of to help you out is to make sure your PS3 doesn't over heat. If the game freeze because the PS3 is getting hot you should be happy you still have a PS3.
Dust is the killer to air flow and that will affect how fast the PS3 is getting hot, and doing race graphics for 9 hours could be hard if your PS3 can't ventilate. I remember when I did those endurance, my old PS3 fatty started to make insane fan noise because it started to get hot. To finish off the race I added more air (opened up a window and started a fan in the room to make sure the air the PS3 got in wasn't the hot air it wented out)
Later I opened the PS3 and found it was full of dust, removed it and it still works like a dream.
I also figured out the old fatty had better airflow and cooling when standing upright as the curve in the top cover works like a air trap.
The newer slim version I found had better air flow and cooling when putting something under it that was smaller than the PS3 itself. I lated added a laptop cooler to my slim and it never gets hot.
I still have to make sure to remove all the dust that easily blocks the went holes though.
Yes, it's exactly the same process as saving a race in A-Spec.Can you save B-Spec races part way through?
