Looks like a good deal! Just so that you guys are aware and don't run up a bill, that service provides 5GB/mo of bandwidth, and an extra $1 for every GB you go over each month. My webspace has the same amount of space and 30GB/mo bandwidth and it wasn't enough when I started hosting videos. So be careful what you host =)
