Just for fun, if some1 submitted this clip to me to be jduged and it wasnt mine:

-Style = 9
-Angle = 8
-Control = 9
-Smoke = 3
-Total: 29/35

I'd be interested to see how the other JUDGES would rate this clip.

Hey man this vids to cool to be watched :trouble: :trouble:

not even perg gets scores like that, I gave him a 29 on his Cote D' Azure vid, and that is a damn hard track, most of the corners i did were long and linked, which is hard, but doesnt require half the control it takes to drift monaco, and I gave myself a 29, if I had to factor in degree of difficulty, it'd be more like a 27 in retrospect. No offense EC, but you really have to BE good to JUDGE good, because you really dont see all the little things like the pro's do. Not that I'm a pro, but I have a good eye I spose.

-Style - 8/10
-Angle - 7/10
-Control - 7/10
-Smoke - 2/5

-Total - 24/35

I have watched the video several times, and it is very good compared to what I have seen others put out. The editing is good and the drifting is good. But, there are a few things that are worth saying. If you hit the wall, it is usually a good reason to edit those clips out. It looks like you hit two. The smoke wasn't consistent, and on the square turns at complex it looked like you could have had more control and angle. Also at complex, the two last wide turns, you are gripping then drifting then gripping and drifting and so on. But, the smaller turns were very smooth, as shown by the front wheel position. I gave you a 7 on control because of the use of driving aids.

So, to sum up.

Pros: Very smooth wheel position, and your angle was great on small to medium-large turns. You show you can drift different drivetrains, also.

Cons: Trouble keeping the drift on large turns, use of driving aids, and wall hits. Oh yeah, and the use of a well known song from a very well known GT3 drift vid.

Well, with all that said, you obviously have the talent to make a good video. Just take a few more runs before you call it good, a little polishing goes a long way.

Oh yeah, the intro is kickin'. I love the stills.

um, actually, on the long turns on complex string, I never once gained traction, it just looks like it, mostly cuz of the smoke., I'll go do it again if you want, and on the chaser, i wasnt using any driving aids, only on the GTR LM (too much damned HP for sims really) and the 350Z clip cuz I was still seting up the car at the time.

I did hit the wall with the S2K, the point of that clip was that the car only had 200hp and I linked that huge ass straight with it. The tunnel wall, well, as far as I am concerned, I never touched it, but since thats a bone of contention, I wont go there.

Thanks for the honest score :)

You hit a wall and everyone talks about how great your vid is? Give me a break. In my book, if you hit a wall, the vids sucks, and should've never been released.

GARBAGE

wow, ur an asshole, I'd been drifting in GT3 for what, 3 months, when I made this vid? And you've been drifting how long???? right...... asshole...

well what you said was pretty damned offensive, calling my video complete garbage. Thats like saying it wasnt worth the effort and time it took to make, and that all the hours I spent practicing to get as good as I am all add up to equal ****. Thats pretty lame, you didnt even acknowledge the level of skill it took to do the stuff I did in that vid, all you did was SERIOUSLY insult me, so forgive me if I took offense to your jack ass comment.

The straight with the S2000 is pretty impressive, it's just a lot more impressive when there is no contact with the wall. I know how hard that straight is, it's really tough keeping entry speed and entry angle into that turn with a terribly setup car...(i.e. a drift car), and even harder with only 200 HP. I just know that when you hit the wall going through those turns it helps you to make it, so it's not as impressive as when you do it without the hit, but still really hard. And the chaser, my girlfriend just sitting here as I was watching the video said, "He just hit that wall." If she can recognize it then, yeah.
