Crazy bastards... I believe they could be a LOT faster if they actually gripped! Cool nevertheless. I bet the guy who was going in the opposite direction peed in his pants! :-)
 
I think their intent was drifting so gripping would have done nothing for them. Also, the guy going in the "opposite direction" was a normal driver going down the mountain.

The guy in front of the camera car in all the scenes was just absolutely insane. That's some SERIOUS driving skill, I don't care what anyone says. Did you guys see that thing spit flames towards the end of the video?

I would almost rather have them drag racing on a public road. At least then they could see in front of them...sorta.

So my opinion of the video, those guys are idiots and touge isn't as cool as I pictured it to be.
 
This isnt touge (first vid first post) its drifting through the hills, they arnt interested in speed but rather drift in train of cars.

Touge is also the meaning for the automotive equivalent of cat and mouse.
 
that 1st post vid is INSANE, very good to watch, very dangerous and you have to admit some of them guys have got some great skills.

So I'm complaining that these dumbasses are doing this on a tight PUBLIC mountian road.

I used to street race, I did some stupid things in my day. I know how dangerous it is to race or do anything like that on a PUBLIC road. Don't give me sh** about complaining that these dumbasses are just that.

I totally agree - especially since it's a PUBLIC ROAD. Hot Version has a touge segment on their DVDs. The only two difference is - it's not a public road and they are professional drivers.

This video was interesting although I'd never do anything like that nor do I support anything like that. It is a really stupid thing to do. Especially since it is a public road. That's the biggest thing in this ordeal.

What if that oncoming car was a family, consisting of a wife, husband, and two children in the back, that was just going out for a dinner? What if one of these morons actually made a mistake and kills the family.

Some of you guys need to think of that? What if it was your mother that was killed while some street racers was drifting all around public roads? Geeze. Some people will never learn.

I'm glad BlazinXtreme changes his way for the better. I remember seeing his old thread about street racing. :lol:
 
I was glancing through the site, and I didn't see any silvia's or 180sx's..
I saw a pair of 240sx's...
But the Silvia's eluded me...Can you show me where they are?

Is drifting cool? To me sorta, it's still growing on me when its done in a sactioned event or on a track. If it's done on a public road or parking lot, it's just stupid. To bad you are to idiotic to realize the dangers.

I've been there, done that and hope I don't ever do it again. You are stupid if you think that kind of tom foolery is cool to do on a public road where someone could very well get into an accident. So no it isn't cool, nor will I admit it is.

Watchu talkin bout we are the craziest. Infact some guy just owned himself by smashing into a construction crane during a street race. Crane=1 Street Racer=0 he died.

Nice videos though heh.
 
so what? some streetracer just killed 2 people in wiesbaden 30km from here...it happens everywhere...and thats not crazy, that is sick.
 
D1GP with car that are build to race with and got the safty cages in it.. That is cool to look at..

Some morons taking his crappy old rx-7 from 89 out at night on a public road is just stupid.. why not just comit suicide if your planing to that kind of stuff.

in sweden u get in jail if u kill another person and you get out until u have served your time
as he said if someone gets killed it´s not that fun to explain to the family&friends that they where killed during a STUPID game
