Everything is not in slow motion.

It appears that he's applying the HD setting to span across three screens.

Yes, GT4 can go to HD.

Also, this is certainly RACE drifting. Or Initial D Style. Low angle and fast. It's perfectly fine. Just remember it's different from exhibition drifting where it's all about the angle

EDIT: the second vid had a little bit of exhibition drifting in it.
