*laughs* I'm just teasing you. Welcome to Driveclub! I hope you enjoy this fantastic racing game! Be sure to buy the Season Pass ASAP, and the Bikes expansion if you want to. Hit me up if you wanna have a race with me; be careful, though, I'm good!
 
Ugh, I just got to elite challenge level 19 and it was really tough one for the first time. I simply can't drive Atom. :banghead:

Is it weird that I beaten the target time on my first attempt? The Elite Level 20 challenge in Nakasendo w/the Lykan was much tougher IMO. :lol:
 
Haha I think it depends on what cars we like. For example I've beaten the Venom Hot Lap II on 3rd lap. :lol:
I was doing elite challenges 10-19 in one sitting today and only this one with Atom took some attempts.

Oh no. I knew the day would come. Simply can't drive this thing. Looks like my elite level will stuck at 19 forever :)
I am now at 11.
 
Grinding Skill events to level bikes is so boring... Please tell me the newest KTM and the EBR's aren't required for the trophy to unlock. I've got 4 bikes left excluding the DLC ones, two being at lvl 10, and the other two at lvl 8.
 
Well this trophy is a bit glitched now. It requires all bikes at level 15. I have all the bikes from stock game at level 15 and trophy is still locked.
 
With x2 fame it is actually going pretty fast, but I'm not going to grind dlc bikes or unlock the ktm accolade. Rushy said that they are working on a fix, so we just have to wait for next update/patch.

given how many random time trials and races I did with the x-bow the ktm accolade was probably the easiest to get :)

So you are lucky, I would have to get from level 1 to 15 to unlock that bike. I didn't like x-bow at all so I didn't use it in any events. :p


Hmm, I've tried the mighty Venop Hot Lap I just to see if I can improve my time. After few tries I managed to get 1:14:579 :boggled:

If I can do it, you can: remember to shift up early and short-shift as well as feather that throttle coming out of corners. Straight-line braking too...
 
What do you mean? The time required for 3 stars was 1:16:000 :D

Edit. I have just tried Venom Hot Lap II. And beat my time by whole 2 seconds. From 1:19:9xx to 1:17:993. I didn't know that I could improve my driving in this game that much.

This game is truly outstanding in terms of literally everything: an excellent comeback from a disastrous release, extremely detailed cars and tracks, awesome quality DLC at an awesome price (only $40 buying the passes), quality support in terms of game updates, and much more.

Btw, I decided to purchase the Bikes pack :D:D.

It's truly amazing how you get so much content for the price of a triple-A game. Sure, at launch Driveclub was left completely crushed by its rival - Forza Horizon 2, but Evolution has set an all-time high standard for post-launch support with Driveclub, and to think that there's still more incoming the next year... Those who still hate on this game for its launch issues are living under a rock and really don't know what they're missing out on.

I am about to purchase the season pass and just wondering what DLC isn't included in the pass? So I know how much extra I need to put into account to get all the additional cars.
 
@lxmmy, you should remember that you'll have to manually download every single one of the DLCs included in the Pass. Yes, it'll take some time, but trust me, you'll have even more fun playing DC than you've had before. ;)
 
When I was playing driveclub, I notice ferraris have a double fame now so I drove a chrome 488 around the first layout of the AHR track as a sprint track and set 25.525 which is the second fastest time for the car itself and 689th in the world.

Soooo...

I've had a bit of time with DC so far, and I'm loving it. I did Time Trials to get to grips with the game, and before I knew it, I was taking corners at impossibly high speeds.

(probably not as fast as some of you guys though)

I have never played a game with such amazing sense of speed. And the graphics...my god. There were times where I was so shocked by how good the graphics were that I'd either cruise around, or simply stop and look around.

This game really is something else.
 
Very glad to see new players popping up even after a year of the release. You guys are in for a treat, since all DLCs have been released, the game is much more stable, and to top it all off, the price of the game+DLC is a steal.
