The team meeting is NOT mandatory. I would still like everyone to make an effort to come out, get together, and build some chemistry.

I want the new recruits, if any, to come into a space where they can become better. But, they need a strong base and that's where the productivity of the current members comes in. I'd like to see more effort out of you guys. It's a team effort, so I can't do it alone.
