I'll go with the Ford Mustand GT 05' as well .. Whew the was a quick 5 votes I forsee this car being the next D.S.J.

This is a really hard thread, it's hard to find a vehicle that everyone can try (you can buy or win easly) to help gather everyone's imput fairly.....I'll say this I've come across some outstanding cars just through trying to find a car I had problems with, all well guess I'm not suited to these types of problems.:dunce:

Edit:'05 Mustang would be a pretty good nomination, just because it's not a stock drifter(super tunned for grip even without adds on n3 hard to get sidways).I wouldn't mind seeing and try other people's settings for the car.

oops, overslept by 3 days :sly:

the winner is the 05 mustang gt

Volume 8 Nominations are now open. They'll be closing Saturday, January 14th, 2006 at 12:00am NA Central Time (GMT-06:00).

sticking with the FR theme, which are much more enjoyable for me than the AWD's are, I want to be the first to suggest a car for DSJ: Vol 8.

Nomination: Amuse S2000 Street Version ('04)

It is the king of lift off oversteer, right on par with the Clio. It is no trouble getting it to drift, I just want to see what people do to harness the extreme handling of this car.

I like that, I'll go with the AMuse S2K as well.

I'll take the Blitz Skyline ER34 as well. This car is hard drift, let's see what people can do it!

Yeah probably the Blitz skyline it's pretty hard for most drifters, would be cool to just have nice settings for the car now:tup::)

I find the ER34 relatively easy to drift witht the DFP, it just takes skill, not settings. Want a proof? Check mike's Xlink vid (Xlink = stock settings except for tire power and weight) So I'll help you guys

Nomination: Amuse S2000 Street Version ('04)

Well it looks like it's either the Blitz or the Amuse .. I'll side with the Amuse for this one, though I seem to like mad oversteery cars as they are... I'd like to see what I can do with the widebody GT version too, but for this one I'll nominate the Street version.

actually, in xlink the only things you can change are tires, aids, and umm something else, dunno what it is cause i never change anything besides the tires. i know 100% for sure you cant change power or weight on xlink.
i guess the voting is still going on, ill go with the amuse s2k also.
its Great stock on n2 or even 1, id like to see what it can do with some settings!

wow, 14 votes this time. I like it. Good stuff guys 👍

Amuse S2000 Street Version: 10
Blitz ER34: 4

Nominations for DSJ: Vol 8 are closed. Our next topic car shall be the Amuse S2000 Street Version.

Volume 9 Nominations are now open. They'll be closing Saturday, January 28th, 2006 at 12:00am NA Central Time (GMT-06:00).

I'd like to nominate the Supra SZ-R... I loved this car in GT3 (see my flat black SZ-R in "IDM Video Magazine Vol. 1")... However, in GT4, I am having trouble figuring out how to fix some of it's trouble spots (understeering, gear ratios, etc...)

Anyone else feel like giving this a chance?...

;)

lol, I guess that's a no DR - they want its big brother.

currently:
Supra SZ-R - 1
Supra RZ - 3

Hmph I really like my settings for the RZ as they are (They're in the depot), and I've never even tried the SZ-R... is it all that different once you've swapped the suspension? I think I'll go out on a limb and nominate another car here :D

Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX (S.S. version)

This car definitely needs a makeover...

Couldn't be further from the truth.. that car is a total mess
