Is it possible to gold all the challenges required to get the x2010 with a dualshock 3 controller? how or/and why?

Only bronze is needed. But it's still hard enough with a DS3.

I would say it's impossible to get gold with a DS3. Bronze (and the Vettel X2010) however is very possible to get.

tried for an hour on the ring with a Dual Shock 3 and only got 2:19 :/
but now I know how to take allmost all of the turns, but I allways fail one of them.

Gold is possible quite comfortably on Monza. Nurb is quite a bit more difficult, but id imagine possible to get silver. Yet to see a silver or anything close on Suzuka with a pad

yes, there all possible to pass...it just takes dedication, like me...it only took me 10hrs to pass just one with a bronze...

Ya. Depending on how you drive and how long it takes to learn the tracks and tricks, should take half a day to a week maybe to get all bronze.

Bob earnt me one. He unlocked the Vettel challenge, and he got the car.

I don't intend to drive it for some time though. I don't think I can handle it well enough, and prefer to use a fast car that I can always handle well, like the 787b Stealth.

5+ hours ago, I sent, Bob, Bob and Bob into the Le Mans 24 hour race with it. I figured after driving 24 hours on Sarthe, the engine should be broken in enough so that any future wins in the car, will be that much more profound lol

My drivers keep looking like they will lose control of the car, but they always hold it.

It isn't, there is a lag when the car changes direction. So suzuka is definately impossible to get gold. With a wheel you can go flat but not with a ds3

I just started this challenge, and I don't have a wheel. I knew it'd be hard with the controller but I really wanted to beat this challenge and I also wanted to use the X1 for the rest of the endurance races.

I just spent almost an our on Monza and got Bronze. It probably is impossible to get gold with the controller, all the chicances are so slow. I could have gotten silver because my first lap was 1.5 seconds slower than the fastest first lap I've done and my second lap I put two tires in the dirt on the last chicance.

This challenge comes down to having total concentration and persistence because you will restart so many times. I only did a full two laps twice, the first time being one of the first few tries and I was off by over 15 seconds.

You have to cut as much corner as you can in the chicanes and turn very early.

The two right handers after the second chicane can be taken by braking into the turn, if you brake before its slow.

If you figure out how to take each part of the track fast it just comes down to repeating that for two laps which is the only hard part I think.

I was doing 1:06 first laps but easily got bronze with a 1:08 first lap. The second lap should be at least 6 seconds faster than the first.

Well, time to go try the Nurb.

I got all bronzes with the controller. Pretty darn tough.

It's doable if you throw enough hours at it ,it's probably impossible to get the prototype though which is why I think PD should've had slight differences in the difficulty depending on which controller you're using.

Toughest for me was Suzuka. Good 2-3 hours of practive to get all 3 bronzes. No need for silvers unless your using a wheel.

Just spent an hour and a half on the Nurb. It took me over an hour to get the entire lap figured out to where I was doing 1:07 lap times (enough to get bronze).

I finished the full two laps maybe 4 times. Closest I got was off by just over a second. What sucks is my first lap was a 1:08 and made mistakes on the second.

Need a break now, I've been going at it for so long that my thumbs won't do what I tell them to anymore, pretty demanding on the joysticks on this course.

This will probably be the most rewarding race/challenge in the game for me. First was beating the 70s-80s(???) race with the Countach, nothing else was hard at all. I'll go back to attempts golds on licenses/challenges once I get level 40 in a few years though.

I got all golds with Dualshock controller. Just just have to know how to gently steadily move the analog stick when going around turns so you dont really yank the cars into the turn and lose seconds off the laptime

Got replays? What was your time on Suzuka and GP/F?

Pshh i dont know what my times are. Was i supposed to keep that stuff memorized or something? or keep replays? The challenge was not hard for me. Pretty easy i thought. Just drove around. Actually got a silver on the Nurburgring but raced it again a few more times and got gold

lmao, your best time on each challenge is saved. But between not having any proof and saying you "just drove around" it's pretty obv. you haven't done squat. Disappointing (both that you didn't do it and the weak trolling).

You sound pretty cocky and also by your sig. Level 40 and beat the challenge 'easily' with a controller? You'd think you would upgrade to a wheel if you have that much time to play the game. Not trying to start something here but a lot of us are having a tough time with this challenge and you obviously have way too much time on your hands to play this game and need to at least something else to occupy your time or you're just lying. Either way you lose in my mind.

I have many people on my free x1 thread who have scene my hacked version of the game. and the version where i am level 40. Im an 18 year old. I can play all day

And you GTP name is also a multiple account ? :sly:

I saw another post from you before. I give out free cars all the time. If you still need an F2007 or F10. Let me know and you add me on Yaycandy69 and ill send you it. Or anyother car you are after. I have almost every car in game. I can just send it from my main account to that account

OK, send the F2007

I've added you, my PSN is F4R140808

I'm just wondering what the relative difficulty for each race is. Obviously, Monza is the easiest. But with the Dualshock, which is harder...Suzuka or Nurburgring?
