Engine & turbo upgrade

Just hoping someone might be able to tell me which cars can have the 4+ upgrade for engine and turbo. I am having a hard time finding cars that I can put them on. Also the brake upgrades as well. Thanks for the help

You can't "legally" put those parts on to any car in GT5.

Nope, you can "bypass" it.

yeah but, if they have already found one way to do away with it, they will do it again with the next one. So its safe to say that they will get rid of the next bypass, so why bother

Let me guess, I have to edit to bypass? If so that really just sucks man

EDIT: I'm guessing I am breaking a rule just by asking but am I right in the method of applying. PM me if need be
