It would be amazing if PD give us those golden nuggets in the next couple of weeks. Wishing you all the best. Take it easy and see you when you are out of hospital.

I have made this tune a little looser in the rear than I normally do. I am not sure if this is a good thing for this car, but it seems to be the only way to make this car corner like it should do. Any feedback on this would be appreciative. Thanks.

This car is tuned to race against GT3 cars. It doesn't have the tall rear wing that most GT3 cars have as I felt that it ruined the look of the car. It does have the same downforce though whilst looking very swerve and stylish.

A different 550PP SS version. This one has a full body kit, less power but feels more planted and may be beneficial on certain types of tracks. :) If anyone wants to do a comparison of the two version, ill be happy to have feedback on them.

Pictures to follow.

I've been having some good races with your XKR-S GT3 and DB9 GT3 tunes... Way too much fun driving them.

I say slap on a wing on the Maserati. I just looked up pics of the real thing and it looks awesome with a wing, just a shame that there aren't any widebody kits in this game.

I guess I can see your point about the actual GT3 car. In my opinion, the rear wing only works because of the massively flared arches and body kit. I still think the rear wing attached to the tunes above are slight (only slightly) better.. It doesn't stop anyone from putting a custom wing on as the effects will be the same on the handling though.

Next GT3 version car is going to be the McLaren MP4-12C. I have a feeling that it will be epic around silverstone.

It was indeed, and I say "was" because I made a real life specs MP4 GT3 before 1.09 (camber issue) and it was mental in SS... Something not of this world...

But it never went definitive like the one's in my signature...

It has the same aero parts but it has been tuned on SS tyres instead of RH tyres. Not as quick but the same car. I wasn't overly happy with the 550PP SS version on the yellow machine (although it is very fast) so I tried the same tyre compound on the Aero Version and it feels better to me.

Intermediate Level RC Deep Forest Seasonal | Sports Soft | Winner! 👍

Funny little car, very nimble... Never knew the Camber and Toe were fixed values... :odd:

tried this setup on the current seasonal race. expert level non race car challenge. I could not change the wheel size & and I had lower the power settings to 90.9% to get to 550pp to get into the race. should change to another car ? ( I have the credits to get very awesome & badass to smoke the ai cars & the gold.) any ideas ?????? thanks tc.

This electric car is great for low-medium speed tracks but will lose out at high speed tracks. Not bad for an electric car though. :)

I think that it was me who made the mistake on the Inch Up: 1 Wheels. I did a type so nothing to change there. You will have to change the Power Limiter to meet the PP range, the original seasonal it was tuned for was a 560PP race. Even at 90.9%, this car is really good.

Indeed!

EDIT: All 3 versions build. Will test tomorrow... :)

Replicate real life color is impossible, the car has 3 tones (black, red and white)... Livery Editor would be nice now... :(
Looking forward to your reviews on the Maserati cars. :)

I love this car and tune Just got a Silver on Circuito de la sierra... 2 wheel drive non racing car super lap....best time so far 10:07.5812....so close to Gold...my first lap was 10:25.045....so managed to get 18 sec off time...i'm going to keep trying....this car has so much grip and feels so good...just one mistake and you have to start again though so don't push to hard...it's so annoying...lol

Someone who knows this circuit will be so much quicker in this car....👍

I'm not going to use the GSX-R like everyone else i want to enjoy the car and time trial in something cool and classy like this Maserati...cheers Shaun for a Wicked tune....I am going to get Gold with this car...if it's the last thing i do..👍

20141023_124406-1.jpg

So close but so far....

That's the spirit! 👍

Your'e right mate...it is...i'm never going to finish in the top 100 in the world with these....so i might as well enjoy the car i use...:)

I'm also one of those who won't use the GSX-R. I've got boatloads of 500pp cars that i feel are more rewarding to drive.

You're not that far from the gold, @Badger66. 7,6sec to be shaved off over a 27km long track shouldn't be to much work tbh.

Yes mate definitely.... there is so many nicer cars than that one..and who cares if it's faster for these time trials....and most of the time it's used for 70% of these and that just makes these boring to do if thats the case...👍

Every time i'm getting blue and on for gold i make one silly mistake and oh dear back to the start....you really do have keep your concentration going even more on this track....come on badger you can do it...lol :)

All done.....Loved it.....Gold at last....👍

I had a few goes at this track after my lunch. I came home from uni as I had a 3 hour break. I have got gold on the British Drift Car, Silver on the Non-Racing Drift event at Sienna and still have to do the other two. It is very difficult not to go off the track so will have to concentrate on that one later.

Well done on the Gold Drift event...👍

I know mate it's really a hard circuit for time trials you only get one go...and if you mess up you have just wasted up to 10 mins...if you come off towards the end... But it is a learning curve and you will get it.....try your Maserati it Rocks and it just sounds Awesome.....Good luck mate...👍
