Some of you guys must really be able to hold out for B-Spec. I originally decided to use B-Spec to get the Zonda R. I even had the X1 so I wouldn't need to deal with teaching my drivers how to drive (mostly). I got tired of it before my driver was level 5 and I just bought the thing.
Yeah, after I found out Bspec could win me some nice cars I took a look at what the prizes were. Now that I know this, I won't be buying those cars.

I stupidly wasted 300,000 odd credits on a Ferrari for one of the recent seasonal challenges ... only to find out it was the wrong model and that I needed to spend about the same again on the correct one! :yuck:

THAT hurts. I don't mind spending 300k if it's going to win me 400k, but spending it on the wrong car is painful. Very easy to spend it on the wrong car in this game, with so many variants of the same car floating around...

A nice feature for the seasonal events would be the option to hit a button that has a label, "Would you like to go to the dealership to buy the required car now?" And if you hit 'YES', then it goes to the dealership and highlights the correct car.

Gillet Vertigo Race Car and Ferrari Enzo

Agree with the enzo too, it seems to be a waste of money when it can't keep its front nose down, its funny theres no front wing but theres a rear wing, which doesn't help seeing how the back has the engine....well the bask has basically all the weight so this thing looks like a motorcycle doing wheelies after you hit some air

I bought, and proceeded to dump a ton of money (300K+) into, the '71 Mustang, before I realized that I couldn't make it not handle like... well, a '71 Mustang.

Ferrari Enzo - 1,000,000 credits

When i first got this car i expected it to be pretty much glued to ground, but then when i drove the thing it was the exact opposite. It would drift around corners and just the slightest press of the gas coming out of a turn would send me fishtailing.Very frustrating car to drive.

The good thing though is that it gets added with my many cars that i plan to collect.

The 08 Challanger.
When I started, my first big purchase was the Mustang Mach1 and I loved it to death. For some reason I purchased the 08 Challanger, sunk every dime into it only to find it goes around a track about as good as a bag of **** with a sail.

Volkswagen Schwimmwagen

Just pointless, not fun to drive at all & was annoyed I had to buy it for a seasonal event.

I spent like 4 million or something on one of those FAP (:D) cars, then found out I don't like it.

I won a Corvette Z06 as a gift car and spent the money to race mod it only to find out it's almost impossible to drive (for me). I've tried multiple tunes from this site and still can't make it around a full lap of Suzuka without spinning it on acceleration. I tried to sell it and couldn't, but actually considered saying yes when it said "This car cannot be sold. Would you like to remove it from your garage?"

Is that tuned though? I tried like the wind, seemed really slow... i had just been using the FGT though!

If you fully tune it and adjust the settings the car is amazingly quick. I to thought this car was crap until I adjust the settings and now its a beast.

Someone posted up a really good set up for this car.

Bought a Hemi Cuda and fully tuned it when I should have just bought a (premium) 69' Camaro and rm'ed and fully tuned it.

On top of that, I you can't paint the damn thing. I don't like the color purple.

I regret buying the Art Morrison Corvette.

Sweet jesus I just bought this car and honestly you couldn't give this car away for free its just rubbish the trotters couldn't sell this car! So guess itl have to collect data dust!!!

Ok, it's not that expensive now I'm level 28 but when I started I bought a Yellowbird......and instantly regretted it. I still can't get on it with as I won't tune it as I try and drive things as they are.

you just have to remember at all times that the thing is completely mental ... tuning it even further only adds to its mentalness :scared:

after reading this thread i think everyone should take a look at this

i appreciate its too late for some, but if it helps anyone then its worth posting.

i havnt really bought any cars that ive regretted buying. i usually take cars that ive won of got in gift tickets (ive been quite lucky) and used them to race. only bummer ive had is buying a nascar, getting gold then finishing the geoff gordon challenge as id got used to nascars. still hate then though. and the fact ive seen the formula gt 3 times at level 23, and not once since being level 24!

And it also happens to be a prize car in the B-Spec Extreme races :sly:

For me it will have to be the Viper Oreca #51. Almost 2 million and turns out to be a very mediocre car. I use it for grinding from time to time, but it makes the ovals seem even more boring because it's such a bland car.

Neither very fast, nor pretty. I wonder why people keep raving about it on this forum.

What you talkin bout its a beast!!

Ferrari Scuderia, i was really dissapointed with the handling! That and the red bull NASCAR

really? when i got the Scuderia for the seasonal event i thought it was great, but you really just have to hit its "sweet spot" and it's the one of the best handling cars i've ever driven:idea:

Bought the Peugeot 908 without really thinking. Huge waste of money considering I already had the Minolta.

Why?
908 is one of the best LM cars in this game, and best premium car for me.
If u plan to use only one LM car, then u can be sorry
