How many other cars do you know of that have a flat 12?

Hmmm. Every mid engined 12 cylinder Ferrari road car except the F50 and Enzo. I think. That would be a grand total of 2 Ferraris -BBs and the Testarossa (all versions of each)

Then there was a string of Ferrari F1 cars, I think they were all called 312T, which ran from the early to mid '70s until the turbo V6 replaced it in '83 or '84. Niki Lauda and Jodi Scheckter won world championships in flat 12 engined Ferraris.

There may have been a few more Ferrari sports prototype racers with flat 12a around that time too. But so far, it seems to be a Ferrari thing, except for:

Alfa Romeo, who's Formula 1 engine in the middle of the Brabhams in the late '70s, including the infamous Fan Car, was a flat 12, and when Alfa ran their own chassis in the early '80s, this was a flat 12 too.

Can't think of any more, but the 917 has gotta be the daddy!! And none of them are in the game.....oops

On some law and order episode there was a Aston Martin. Not really sure wat model though.

There's a blue cobra in Bad Boys 1, at the end. Guy totalls it into a wall. There's a silver XJ220 road car in Cradle2 The Grave too. Also in Rollerball, there's a Corvette and a Cobra Race Car, althought the Cobra isnt in GT4, its in GT2

Oh, oh, oh, and if you think a flat 12 is wicked check out BRM's funky flat 16 from their '60's mid engined formula 1 cars, modelled with some incredible sound effects in Grand Prix Legends! (NOTE: computer game included to keep some tenuous tie with the thread)
