Hmmmm logged in and opened the game with the wheel and it works just fine but my csl pedals do not. Weird.

Any thoughts here guys? The game is just not recognising my pedals, disconnected and reconnected everything. The wheel works just fine but nada on the pedals.

What game and on what platform?
How are your pedals connected - via the base or via USB?
Is all your firmware up to date?

This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:

Fanatec Gran Turismo DD Pro Gets QR2 Upgrade, Now Available in Europe, US and Canada

Fanatec has just announced a significant update to one of its most popular direct drive wheel offerings for PlayStation and PC gamers: the Gran Turismo DD Pro series will now ship with the company’s next-generation QR2 quick release system pre-installed. This move marks the completion of Fanatec’s ecosystem-wide transition to the new QR2 standard...

I live in north America, and I was getting ready to buy
A direct drive system for my playstation five and pc but being a greedy company and raising their prices for a tariff that did not even take effect reconsidered, inbot from the used market, I sing to myself about seventy percent over retail, especially with the increased prices.

Sorry for the partial re-post from the T598 thread but...

Looking to upgrade my T150 for PC/PS.

How are the Raceline pedals in the T598 bundle vs Fanatec's GT DD pro bundle? I can't find a side by side comparison.

On appearance Raceline look better but I don't know which lane to take... I don't like the T598 basic steering wheel and upgrading it's expensive with limited options.

Fanatec's GT wheel I don't like either and if I go base only I'm forced to buy the booster kit (why?!) and a desk mount but the options to upgrade are better. Also I like the quick release system more.

If I were you, I would try to find a used CSL Elite V2.
It's a great pedals and is often compared to the V3, which is supposedly better.

TBH I'd recommend the Simnet SP Pro pedals over anything Fanatec offers atm. They're basically Heusinkveld Ultimates for a fraction of the price and Fanatec wheelbase compatible so can be used on console as well. Loads of adjustability and a bargain price, if you get the base plate as well it comes with an adjustable heel support. Had mine for about 5 months now and they're very good.

Maybe a dumb question but are these plug and play or how do they work with the fanatec ecosystem?

Hello everyone, I received the GT DD Pro last week to replace my T597 and I would like to know what the recommended settings are since the last GT7 update (for the game and the wheel) knowing that I upgraded to firmware 467.

Furthermore, I would like to upgrade the CSL pedal set for the Simnet SP Pro mentioned above in the discussion thread.
I wanted to know what the delivery time is in Europe?
Also, is it better to invest in the 2 or 3 pedal version?
Also, for users, do you use the elastomers or is it better to order the springs at the same time?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

You can try my GT7 settings, the link is in my signature. If I make any changes it's always kept up to date.

As for the Simnet pedals, I don't use a shifter so just bought the two pedal set with base plate. I don't have the springs yet but you may as well get them when you order the pedals.

Also there's a dealer in France you can order from here.

I advise you to order from TheFrenchSimracer and to also take the springs which are more effective than the elastomers. And in addition you can combine the 2 if you want
