You've acted like a total arse, so the best thing for you and Fanatec is that you get a full refund and buy a different set up, what's hard to understand about that?
Perhaps in future disputes you'll opt to use a little decorum, you'll find it's more likely to get you the desired outcome.
I paid full price and simply awaited delivery.
There is no "decorum" involved/
They ask for money, in return they ship product.
Simple as that.
They TOOK my money willingly and then FAILED to ship product that is in stock.
That is actually fraud - perhaps Fanatec will learn better business practices next time.
What is so hard to understand about that?
its hard to understand why you would still want it. must say a lot for Fanatec products that youre still interested in receiving. just take the refund that was offered to you and buy a G27 or T500RS. no?
I already have a G25 and have a T500 on order. I want the full Fanatec setup to evaluate them all back to back.
Fanatec actually made a huge mistake acting the way they did - this was a chance for Fanatec and Thomas to redeem themselves in front of a new product but instead he chose to act the way Fanatec always has - with pure arrogance.
Way to win over the people that are already turning to Thrustmaster.
He has no idea who I am or who I represent, but is confident I am "just another customer so who cares" - the wheel sets sent to ISR etc to test do NOT represent the retail product and experience - the way Fanatec handles the "rest of the sales" are the real story.
It is now a matter of principle.
I have paid money - they have accepted the money and sat on it for a time - they have the product in stock - they better ship the product.
This is a battle of wills that cannot have a good outcome for Fanatec unless they ship the product as paid for.
