I sure will. The real reason I got the dang GT2 was for the XBox360 support - Fanatec really have that corner of the market wrapped up.

I don't think that Force Feedback is an accurate description of what the Clubsport Pedals feature. But, I do not have any...yet...so I could be wrong. But, I am excited to see if this brake thing is for real. I have read that they are awesome pedals but the brake feedback is so insignificant in race that it does not register.

I believe that the pedal only rumbles to simulate ABS... I haven't heard anyone ever really mention it so maybe it's only available in certain games?

It is only available on the PC I believe.

Normally the wheel will "rumble' at the preset ABS value which is just a %age of pedal travel - to simulate impending wheel lockup

If you ordered before today you should get it in January.

Thomas repeated several times that the shipments for the earlier people will be made in January.

I asked you 2-3 times here but never get an answer. I hope you answer this time. I ordered the GT3 CE (from germany to germany) and Claudia told me only "end of january"... On your blogpost you say you got it on stock, can´t understand why it will took that long? Is there any chance to deliver it earlier?

We are short of CSPs in Europe but the ship with more inventory arrived yesterday and it will be enough to ship all open orders. So you should have your products in 2 or 3 weeks.

Any word on CS Table Clamp availability? That was not covered in your excellent shipping info post on Thomas' blog. I ordered one with a RS wheel-stand. If there is a shortage of clamps, I would hate to have my stand prevented from shipping waiting for a clamp. Thank you.

You don't have to worry about that. As soon as the Rennsport is in stock they will ship it to you. I placed an order for Csp tuning kit and a wireless dongle, they've already shipped the dongle even though they were on the same order.

It's great to hear that Fanatec's getting caught up with all the open orders...and it's great to see you keep updating people on where the products at, at what stage it's at, and when everyone can expect it. Good job Fanatec! ;)

well my GT2 CS edition is still pending - hope this will change soon ;)

PS - could those concerned STOP HIJACKING this thread, this is only about this product, if you want to discuss something else start your own thread. the situation is confusing enough we don't need more. TY

Well, my friend. If you were referring to me asking about the clamp and wheelstand, then I would say it is relevant enough for this thread since I cannot really use the GT2 CSE (properly anyway) that I am anticipating in the next couple weeks until I receive at least one of those.

It doesn't really deserve its own thread.

It's not as if i started asking why birds and fish are dying.

Like Thomas said about our Fanatec GT2 CS Edition order status, relax.

clamps and wheelstands are not relevant, thought the thread title i chose was pretty clear. all this nonesense just confuses the situatuion even more. maybe it doesn't deserve it's own thread, that is your prerogative; however you could contact fanatec via their website or pm thomas directly if you do not wish to start your own thread.

Wheelstand info is posted on the blog anyway, isn't it? I'm pretty sure the shipment arrived yesterday....which means anyone waiting for a wheelstand in their order (myself included), should see them in about 3 weeks (2 weeks for custom's clearance, one week for shipping). Misterstatic...you should actually see it sooner...cause you're in CA and they're leaving from Beverly Hills I believe. So you should see your wheelstand in about 2 weeks I would imagine.

Not sure how that would work. They came in yesterday, so two weeks in customs before they get to Cali, but if Canada ships from Cali....then I would imagine you'd have to go back through customs to get to Canada. I could be completely wrong.
 
The renn sports just landed in usa? Then i'm looking at close to a month i suppose. i saw the shifter lists dec31 ithink so maybe sooner for that, i wonder though if any shifters haven't been spoken for. i'll have to email good ole claudia next week to see!

Yeah Canada Customs will take a short time. Nowhere near the two weeks though. Usually these things are done via pre-clearance. It can take longer if they hold for inspection.

Everytime I've shipped goods for business to the US, the pallets clear before they reach the border and clear with no issue so there is no down time for transit.
 
I cant beleive the wait for the shifters is so long, end of Feb? Have to wait over a month to complete the setup?

I ordered my stand on December 6 and GT2CS on Dec 16. My guess is it'll ship late in the third week of Jan or last week and we'll get it first week of Feb. I think the same goes for the shifter since that was due to arrive in the US on Dec 31. What I would like to know is whether those shipments arrived on time, they would know that by now (Jan 9). If they didn't arrive on time, well that would push everything else back.

At any rate, I hope I have the whole setup latest first week of Feb.

I really want the shifters. Trying to reverse using triangle is difficult, especially when trying to turn and reverse.

I agree! I am using the DFGT right now. The advise I got was to map the sequential shifter to reverse. That has helped me a great deal. (Not that I ever need to reverse *cough*)

I'm refreshing the UPS tracking page approximately every 2 minutes waiting for that message lol! Mines scheduled for today, just need the delivery driver to get on the road ....
