I combined one I was working on with what you had. I was trying to use a rod instead of a chain, but of course the slope stopped it. If I built a sectional rod, it just folded. The blue rod to keep it extended was excellent, and I stole it.

I used the chain at the front, then back to a solid wood rod. The upper wheels just hang so they can keep traction on the rod.

Bonus 4 partially stolen from mcsqueegy

#10 had me stumped for way too long. It illustrates how the mind accepts pre-existing conditions. It was hours before I noticed exactly where I could build. . . . . Then it only took one part to do.

Before that, I built a successful machine to toss the ball up.

Well done! I couldn't get any closer to finishing it though :(.

I did get #4 done with a solid rod, but barely. It's amazing how the tiniest changes in a rod's length or a wheel's position can completely screw up the result.

Bonus 4.

I was trying to view all the ones you guys have made and all but kept getting this when i tried to view the bonus stages...

Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server
If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.

ATTENTION!

If you are seeing this page instead of the site you expected, please contact the administrator of the site involved. (Try sending an email to <webmaster@domain>.) Although this site is running cPanel, WebHost Manager, and Apache software it almost certainly has no other connection to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group. Please do not send mail about this site or its contents to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group.

About cPanel:

cPanel is a leading provider of software for the webhosting industry. If you would like to learn more about cPanel please visit our website at www.cpanel.net. Please be advised that cPanel Inc. is not a web hosting company, and as such has no control over content found elsewhere on this site.

About Apache HTTP Server:

The Apache HTTP Server is an open source web server which powers many of the worlds web sites. The Apache HTTP server is part of the Apache Group's many influential projects. Their efforts have helped shape much the world wide web, and they continue to be a dominating force in the web hosting industry.

They are working on the server.
There was a warning message at the op of the page for the last 2 days or so and the page went offline today in the afternoon.

And it's back, and faster than ever. Pages, menus, and saves are nearly instant!

Edit: Except it seems to have gone away again, now giving a 404.

Also, at school yesterday it couldnt retrieve the url.

It's back again, but our links don't seem to work. My saves are there, and the links look the same, but you can't get to them by the link.

The things they have to go through to do a little upgrade! Sheesh!

Some time later: It all seems to be good again.

Here's a Bonus 4 attempt that actually overshoots the goal!

Took out the front wheel at the bottom row to make a Bonus 4 2-stage, much quicker to the top.

And a completley pointless way of doing Rolling Away - http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=4250211

I also built a couple of pointless ones, just too see how badly it could be done.

Just Barely

And in building that, I came up with this one, which settled during the roll and gave me a surprise.

Another one I just this second built, inspired by . . . . . something not understood by modern psychiatry. Toss the ball through the goal and then the gap on the other side, never touches the ground.

McSqu, your links in post 797 just go to a blank game set, the square blue and the square goal. Maybe something wrong with your save?

The first one in 799 was really cool.

Ahh, thanks for pointing that out. I'll try and re-post them up. :)

Edit: I can't. The designs won't load from my saved lot, either... oh well.
