Far Cry 3 burning building gameplay trailer
JSilvaGTCool! Uncharted in FPS mode.
Anyway I'm a fan of FarCry serie, the 1st game is very good, the 2nd have a big map but is boring.
From what I saw this game may be the best FPS of the year.

Pretty much every game in the world seems to be copying COD now. Even halo 4 will be copying COD. 👎More like COD clone atleast in multiplayer. It's identical to COD even with killstreaks...

Yes I have, thus my reply.Have you seen multiplayer gameplay? There are even killstreaks, points that come up to same way, tiny maps, and fairly similar graphics. It's pretty close... Looks like a COD expansion to me.

👍 I really disliked the re-spawning enemies and save system in Far Cry 2.I hated the FC2 environment and could not stand that campaign. Hopefully they fix the save points.
I agree the respawning enemies and poor save points made FC2 a very un-enjoyable game. Especially when I would like to enjoy free roaming but would be punished if I didnt get to a safe house before dying. So much of FC2 I wanted to explore and look for collectables but didnt want to risk losing the progress. So the gameplay usually involved aiming for another safe house and just to straight to it.👍 I really disliked the re-spawning enemies and save system in Far Cry 2.

A little BF3-like knifing animation put in the mix also....looks fun to me though. I'll most likely purchase this eventually for the campaign though.
There is always the multiple gamesave option to get around this, save if you think the area ahead is likely to be a merc hornest nest and explore away to your heart's content.I agree the respawning enemies and poor save points made FC2 a very un-enjoyable game. I'm actually intrigued - what glitches were in the game? I ask because I didn't encounter any; except for some jeep drivers jumping out and appearing ontop of their vehicle instead of beside it - or the occasional wounded merc half submerged into a rock.Liking the look of this, Enjoyed FC2 before the glitches got the better of me. Onother game to add to my list![]()

Mind you, I only played it for the first time a few months ago, and I can't recall if there was an update patch to load when I did![]()
Okay, thanks. Mind you, "Game-breaking" is a phrase that's bandied about a bit too much, I thinkI suppose glitch was letting it off lightly = http://www.gamesradar.com/warning-far-cry-2-is-still-a-broken-game/

The article was from April 2009 and I know it says that not everyone gets these problems, but I haven't heard that anyone (until now) experienced any of this and I do frequent a forum that is mad about FC2.
I think the patch that was released must have fixed things as I definitely haven't encountered any problems when I played through the game. Two of my NCP characters disappeared during that time, but came back at the end during the 'Heart of Darkness' - that's supposed to happen though. I won't explain why, as that's spoiler territory and quite a few folks are just now playing this in preparation for FC3.
