ok on finding the last thread about this i deciede on making one that made sense.

What is your favorite transport and why

Heli because it goes to place where cars cannot.

But Heli's are weak.

Well, it is really. It's got 2 wheels and an engine therefore it's a motorcycle, yeah?

Personally speaking, it's a tough one. If I were to add up my distances travelled from my current game and my old 100% game that I lost I'd have about 6000 miles travelled in cars, 3700 miles travelled on motorbikes and about 2500 miles travelled in helicopters. So I'd say that the vehicle I've travelled the most in would be the PCJ600. I've knocked up over 3000 miles in total in it. The Comet would probably be a close second.

I love the bikes. The PCJ600 is my favorite.

A quick question: How do i increase my driving skill (in the cars) and what are the benefits like with increased bike and cycling skill you have less chance to fall off your vehicle.

It's harder to lose control and spinds etc. are more controllable. Drive alot, and gold the tests in the driving school 👍

I don't know if increasing your driving skill affects the car's handling, but it definitely allows you to control it midair, so you can increasing rotation, help it land upright, etc.

Increasing your motorbike handling skill means that you can tolerate crashes much better. When you start off a new San Andreas game, when you crash your motorbike, you fall off very easily. Once you've maxed out your motorbike skill, you can take some pretty hard crashes without falling off.

I think that just driving cars and riding bikes increasing the skill - I don't know if performing anything skillful or doing stunts or anything helps it increase. I maxed out my skills just by driving and riding a lot.

For me bikes. Either that or by foot. I do a lot of running and walking. But the bikes are just cooler. I like all the bikes except for the one you always find in the country. Not the Freeway (the Harley) but the other big one that is really slow. Its supposed to be the Honda Goldwing or something. But anyways I should stop typing before I confuse myself and anybody who reads this.

Thanks for the feedback BUT i enjoy spinning and having an uncontrolable car i love fighting the car travelling round tight corners in the city, avoiding traffic, powersliding over pedestrians! etc...
dont you agree?
The best car for that i think is that skyline look alike.

I still love the Car the best with motorbike very close 2nd.

Driving flat throught traffic trying very hard not to wipe out or damage your car is so much fun. Same with Doing that on a motorbike, and what makes it more fun is when you have 4 or 5 stars.

If I'm not just driving around exploring, I love to drive around San Fierro like a madman in a fast car. There's 3 spawn spots for the Bullet and 1 for the Banshee so I'm never far from a fast car. It's just so much fun to hit those hills at crazy speeds and doing power slides around corners and trying to avoid the traffic. And as you said, it's even more fun if you've got a few stars and the cops are after you.

I wish there was spawn spots in San Andreas for some of the faster cars - the Turismo and Infernus don't have spawn locations. I don't think the Cheetah does either. At least I see the Infernus on the streets from time to time - I never see the Turismo anywhere, but I have one in a garage in Las Venturas.

In San Andreas, my favourite mode of transport is still motorbikes. I used the NRG500 and the street bikes a lot. They're fast and handle well and are good for exploring places like the desert and the countryside. I never use the Freeway or Wayfarer because they just suck.

My favourite car is the Infernus, but I use the Bullet more because it's easier to get.

I hardly ever use choppers or airplanes anymore. The novelty of the Hydra wore off quickly. I only ever use it if I'm at the airstrip and want to get to somewhere fast. And boats have sucked in GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas, because they're just so boring.

I love to drive around San Fierro like a madman in a fast car. KM.

I love looking for some big jumps where i go up and do a big jump and then land on the downhill. The Red lines are gaps that i can make and love doing. The biggest one is the one in the middle of the map (go east to west), only made it once! Nos infernus maxed out.

The other red lines are done south to north, the blue one is south to north but ive never made it either. The yellow line is south to north and is a little step down thats fun to do on a motorbike.

It was a fluke. I drove off the side of Mt. Chiliad with the Rhino and it hit a rock and bounced WAY up in the air, spinning like crazy (I also got my rotation record with the same jump).

Before that, I was getting some good heights (40-50m) in the northwest of Las Venturas - there's a steep embankment where one road crosses the highway and if you hit it at high speed you can get 50m in the air sometimes.

Yeah i found that LV spot and i was wondering how the hell you managed 10m higher than me. I couldnt find any spot anywhere on the map to give better height.

In GTA 3 I made my tank fly from the 3rd island to the 1st. I think thats got to be higher than 62m.......Can i have my own leaderboard for that?

My favorite mode of transport is plane, its fast and effective. Its also a heck of a lot less boring than a helicopter. More challenging too.

Foot. 'Nuff said. I usually hang around Ganton and Grove Street, occasionally Willowfield and Idlewood, so I don't go far.

Foot is way to slow and boring for me.

Car and bike is the best, with occasional plane. Heli is only for brown thunder or jumping off high buildings. Boats are for occasional drives from place x to place y.

I barely ever ride pushbikes.

I voted for motorbikes but pushbikes are VERY fun with the super bunnyhop cheat.

My new favorite bike is the FCR-900. It sounds brilliant!

my vote would go with parachute if it was there...... i love parachuting.... freefalling rules aswell. i love getting to maximum altitude then bailing out and realising you have no chute, now thats fun, its so funny hearing him scream as he falls to his pittiful death. lol

Gimme a fast bike any day . I gotta get away ! but if I gotta do battle gimme a FBI rancher..in case I cant grab a tank . Cars are good to use as missles when attacking a group of bangers...like when you have to take back turf . copters are good for chillin..or if you just gotta get there ...now ! Boats suck ...cant figure out what they are good for except targets to raise stats.

Currently still foot, as it's the best way to watch how the city works, but coming second at the moment would be Motorbike. I've gotten near perfect riding them at high speeds now ... I make myself proud sometimes...
