Favourites alterations discarded - bug?

Playing with my favourites today I noticed that if I made changes to the list then quit, then logged back in again, that the changes would be gone!

Only when I changed car and ran a race after making favourites alterations did the changes stick.

Anyone else notice this?

Also, the list of online cars seems to have a mind of it's own when you set them. If I set 6, then sometimes 1 will come up, sometimes 5, sometimes none! Even though this is currently a dead-end feature it still gets annoying.

Have you tried pressing the save game button before quitting?

No - but I thought auto save kick in every change you make. Obviously not. I will save it manually next time I make some changes.

The game auto saves only after you complete a race. I once bought a car without saving, quitted, turned on my ps3 next day and was surprised to find my car gone and my money back.

Learnt to manually save each time before quitting the game.

It also works if you take the car out on practice mode.
