Goes about 25-33 MPH, Last time I grip Raced it.

My god! That thing is a work of art! Make a video of you drifting her!

where do you hide the body mounts??

I'm just waiting for you to clip a curb or hit a bump in the road and flip it. It'll happen, eventually, it's just a matter of time really.

I have a Blue Yokomo 180sx with bucket light kit. I only flipped mine once but it never touched the ground so you can't tell it from looking at it. Only damage is on the front bumper, I broke a lower ball joint at top speed while gripping it and it made it cut to the right, RIGHT INTO A CURB!! 45 dollars worth of damage. (suspension tower, and c/v joint) Just scratched up the body though, nothing serious.

How many turns is that motor? Mines a 21 turn Yokomo Pro Stock.

Cool im not the only one that drifts 1:10 Touring cars....
Your setup is nice, never tried those tires though (i use yokomos)
My car is a HPI RS4 Sport 2 with an 11 turn mod (for long, fast drifts)and 27 turn high torque stock motor for small courses. It has Yokomo drifting tires with the rings worn to the tire surface (not as loose anymore).

-for the body, it looks like he hasn't cut the holes in the body yet. Plus probably removed the posts for the pic. KonArtist please correct me if i am wrong

-lol i've broken the left rear turnbuckle 3 times drifting and hitting a small pothole :D. Be careful, i counted 5 flips last time i did it (drifting around 20 mph at the intersection in front of my house).

I'll upload pics of it later

Those rings are such a waste of money. lol. I just cut a 2" diameter black ABS pipe to the proper width and they pop on tight to the rim and a drop of glue to hold it there. A 10' lenth of 2" diameter abs pipe is $5 and gives you more tires than you know what to do with. I even sold a few sets of them on E-Bay. lol.

Thanks for the comments guys.
The motor is a modified Epic 15T motor. I get pretty long, fast drift with motor. Grip wise, Its pretty fast. Im going to get the 9T soon. This chassis drifts real good with semi locked diff. 👍

Heres some updated pics. of my chassis and car.

Made my own steel alloy drive shaft
Photos of my shaft (picked up some Deans :D )

These modifications will increase the rotating mass, that will result in more tourqe.

Damage :( Bodies come and go right?

AWWW thats sucks that car looked really good. love the big fat deep dish wheels you got on there too. I saw a pic of this car on http://www.driftrcentral.com/forum/index.php and I couldnt remember where I saw it before, but It was here last week. I was planning on a real nice paintjob for my first body, but I figure Ill be hitting stuff with it so I might as well go with something simple. I might even paint it tonight.

just bought my first gas r/c car should be here within the week:DJust need a glowplug...
