I use FFB on 1, anything higher makes wheel feel heavy as if there is no Power steering. Also you end up steering a lot more than you need to, wearing your tyres. I like the slightest fell on the rumble strips and bumps on the road otherwise i feel like i'm losing control if its higher than 1 and i try to adjust and then spin. Besides, how can u do 60 laps at Monaco on FFB 10?? your arms must have hurt like hell.
You have to use 10 (on DFGT) that's where all the fun is. It's like the fight with a Marlin. Hell ya 60 laps at Monaco should hurt.
On a side note the internet tech. came over today and found a chewed cable from the main to my house. Damn squirrels. Water was getting in and degrading the whole thing over time. We'll see how that repair plays out over time. Hopefully no more DCs. Unfortunately this season is a wash for me; so it's a little too late.
I signed up for a track day in my S4 again. It's tomorrow. Forecast isn't so good, but my first track day had miserable weather also. It'll just be 10degF hotter. Luckily I've had this track day to look forward to, to supplement my lack of GT5.
