Is it worth buying this? Theres also body repairs for 100,000+ in the GT AUTO

Sounds reasonable to me.

It's not really necessary, the tuning setup is more important for the FGT races. My FGT has been run into the ground (repeated B-Spec endurance grinding), after an oil change it kept pace with the opposition quite easily.
