It's probably because we're not premium, so we don't get fancy colours like you do.
 
Just to let everybody know I've decided to pull out of the series. I got a PM from Caine about pre season testing. This is the reply I sent to him which contains the reasons why I'm not continuing:

"You can give my place to somebody else if you like. I think the series has become too complicated with regards to all the testing cars, having team mates and different AM and PRO leagues etc. I prefer simple racing where everybody has the same car with no tuning allowed so it's down to purely driver skill.

I also don't like the fact that the AM drivers have to send a load of messages to PRO drivers basically saying "please can I race in your team?". I think that is an unfair way to try and get the car you want to drive in. Everybody should be able to just choose the car they want to race from the list of available cars.

Ending up with a car you're not happy with is the worst feeling when you've got a full season ahead of you and it's very demotivating. I'm not happy at having the cars available to me reduced just because somebody was quicker at sending a message to a PRO driver. That's a bonkers system to me, and to be quite honest I think this championship is slowly evolving to be biased in favour of the faster drivers.

I don't think this championship is for me anymore, it's not as fun as it used to be. I just race for fun, I don't take it as seriously as some of the guys in the championship. Testing cars for hours on end is not fun to me. Racing is fun.

Anyway good luck to everybody for the season ahead. I hope it goes well. See you around"
 
I think teammates matter more than the cars, personally. A teammate with good tuning skills can help turn your car from an undrivable POS into a winning machine.

Man put your self together, wgtc are the best you've ever will be involved.
Last time I saw pro drivers asked am to join and they'll always help you with tunes if not then gt planet have tuning page so you'll always have open doors.
And tuning cars is better then stock coz you can adjust car to your needs not opposite
You will enjoy, just give it a try

We currently have two AM slots open.

You will need to attend a grading session, which takes about 45 minutes in total.

Details of the grading session can be found in the OP. Should you make the AM class, there are two choices of car left: BMW Z4 and Lexus SC430 DENSO SARD.
