I just wanted to follow up that I should be able to make the race on Sunday. I have an all white or all blue fgt, which one should I use?
Oh and on a side note, why use srf? Doesn't it make this car too easy to drive? Just curious

Are you kidding lol, nothing makes this car easy to drive. This car is a death trap:scared:. Has anyone notice that if you fugde the last corner on DFR that you seem to end up in the pits:dunce:, Ive done it a few times now lol. Think i was doing 51s/52s when i wasn't spinning into the pits :crazy:

Er..4:30 due to lack of entries.Anybody notice say iof you were to snakey down the straight the throttle comes on when ya wheels slide,i dont know what it is.any idea's as to why it does this?

Haha, yes you are not alone! Perfect 540 degree spin and backwards into the pits lol, could be embarrasing on race day!

PB- I think all the winging poms are probably sleepin like babies at 6am m8 :)
 
I think I saw a silver fgt in OCD, that would look more like a Mercedes
6:30 gmt is 1:30 eastern time USA right?
 
It would be a good idea to pick that up ronin. Much better. Race room opens at 645pm which is 145pm eastern standard. So your an american, ill update the roster.
Im getting excited for the race.
 
Please note- I have increased the race finish time to max allowed to make sure people are not cut off early just before an overtake like last week. Also i have introduced a rule whereby if a driver misses 2 races with no notice they will be dropped. If I am notified then it will be no problem of course as 'most' of us have lives to lead.
I think by season 2 we will have built up a core of dedicated drivers who like the races an will turn out for almost every race, I know im hooked already :)
 
Lots of close laps in free practice last night. Fastest man.......Nethereal, no surprises there :) Should be a close race today!
 
im good now - seems like a server issue - was painfully slow to load up online content, but after a few reboots, seems like i landed on a solid server
 
think my original ps3 might be over heating - leaving it off until close to qualifying or shortly after qualifying starts
 
No drama in my race,well done to all.I would've felt 4 or 5 bangs into me but its chaos so notbody to blame,these cars are fast,so much data to travel through the lines.bring on INDY
 
Hey GN, you should have carried on, iv issued a yellow card and deducted 5 points from a driver. Leave it to the stewards m8, by leaving you get 0, you still could have won that race no problem, i spun twice on first lap and on the 20th, still managed 2nd!
 
Apologies to all for the trouble with todays race, it was due to connection problems and the 2nd steward couldnt connect. Normally its fine but in this situation you just have to get on with it as it cant be helped. Please be more careful on the first lap aswell, the races are long and there is plenty of time to get ahead.
 
I kinda screwed my first 15laps (where I spun countless times) and after that I drove consistant 55.8-56-8 from Lap 17 to Lap 39 (spun right before entering the pits due to not refuel *d´oh*) which made me last (Floodmeister doesn´t count he "gave up" on lap 3?).
After that my goal was Electric24 and I overtook him on the 48th Lap :D *Sorry*

I didn´t had enough time to get in the mood of FGT (normaly I drive it a few laps on the Track in arcade-mode to get the feel for it again) *excuse xD*

Is it me or is everbody else "lagging" around the curse ?? Do you see me lagging ?
Because I got "rammed" during qualify a few times because someone lagged (if you lagg no problem).

=> just normal for me

Maybe it´s because of the speed of the Car and that we are "spread" (Me from Germany, some from UK and USA/Canada)

But I would love to see that the penalties are disabled. Today someone spun out at main straight and I couldn´t evade => me crashing into him => me getting 10second pen for ramming *wtf moment xD*
 
It was far from ideal today Sakery but we have no choice but to get on with it, i had 3 major spins today. We are going to all discuss the penalty situation for next season. Good points today though and im interested in watching the battle between you and runfast :)
 
If there's been a problem with me,tell me when,ill put up my view of it on you tube.Id rather people be open and discuss instead of whingin behind people's back.im not saying anybody is whinging.I find there is so much lag that bumps are going to occur.Ill do a test run video of my first lap rhyf,ill do it now.Everything needs to be discussed after the race,straight away.Personally id be so filthy if i had a connection issue and missed,i would say"why didnt you wait" but thats me.i wouldve waited even though it meant id be further placed down in the results.This 3rdPigboys tune for indi:drop it on its guts and hope.

I didnt notice any lag at all during the race, I realise that having people from Australia, USA and Canada playing might occasionally make it an issue but part of the appeal about the FGTC is the fact that its International. I wouldnt be as interested if it was 16 Brits racing each other. As to the waiting, the race wasnt as good without Nethereal there but I recalled on the first race I was waiting for 2 players who was having connection issues and Neth told me I should always start on time for the other drivers sake so I felt I was doing the right thing. Like on Tokyo when my ps3 stopped working, I didnt postpone the race, I just sat out. So far I have a group of core drivers I dont want to lose, they are the ones that attempt to race every week no matter what.
You are named as a steward PB so look at the replay and let me know if you see any poor behaviour from the drivers, as you can see I have taken action against one driver already. Iv not tried Indy yet but I think my settings need a big tweek to be competitive here! Cant wait :)

Hey good race for me. I watched everybody crashing on 1st lap and drove on by. My heart was racin I was in 2and then 1st then 2and grippn wheel tight sweatn. Only if was a 5 lap race! Lol.
 
Yea man, you had a good start bro, at the current standings I think your nearest competitor is KingSakery, should be an interesting battle. National pride should make you practise hard for indy, its like your home grand prix!!!
 

I really try to be cautious on lap 1 by staying out wide, big risk of being cleaned up.That happened after the corner,on the short straight.
Must have all in Quali too,i got balked,then it was over.1 or 2 people cant quali on a clear track,all or none i suggest.
This is my first lap,then i switch to 1 other to show you what i see.Could i watch this and make decisions,let me know.As for INDY,this track will expose weak set ups with sliding which gets the tyres red ,i turned off SRF and it was undrivable even when coasting.it would be nice to know what changes to do.As it is now i just guess as i know nothing about set ps and what they do to this particular car.Im still searching forums but there's nothing but crap for gits who cant do the A-Spec FGT championship,sxo im hoping to only go down 2 laps here.As for people not excited about INDYisnt a race head and fan...
 
Wow man, there was some serious lag in that game m8. There are some set ups to be found but its tough to know who is talking crap and who actually knows what they are talking about. Next time hopefully neth will be present to take over the room if there is a lot of lag as it could have been my connection, this would also mean everyone gets to qualify on a fair basis (apart from me and neth but thats normal). I had to laugh when you nearly jumped the barrier on lap 2 lol.
Put a longer vid up dude, i enjoyed watchin that!
