Circuit de la Sarthe Round 3 Race Details

KibK1p6.png

For drivers:

Rolling start:
Each driver must wait till the driver in front of him starts and start his fromation lap carefully on low RPM, speed limit on formation lap is 100km/62mhp , single file formation lap no tyre warming is allowed so we can avoide contacts, you must have 1 car distance from the driver ahead. When the drivers reach the final corner they must do the double file formation for the start. The start line will be different on every track so there will be a photo of it on the Schedule information on the thread.

Penalty for not keeping track limits:
Seconds out of track doubled and put at finish: for example 3 sec out of the track will cost you 6 sec + after you finish. ( this penalty is not given in case of spin out of the track ) Maximum time you can spend out of track limits without penalty is 2 sec.

Event Schedule:
All times are in GMT ( Greenwich Mean Time )
12:55 Room Opens*
14:55 ➤ Reg Checks
15:00 ➤ Qualifying begins
15:30 ➤ Race Starts
~18:30 Race Ends ( 24 Hours game simulation )

Points table for Le Mans:
LMP1 | 32 | 28 | 24 | 20 | 16 | 12 | 10 | 8 | 6 | 4 |
LMP2 | 20 | 16 | 12 | 8 | 6 |
GTPRO | 32 | 28 | 24 | 20 | 16 | 12 | 10 | 8 | 6 | 4 |

Car choice info on May 10th? The Nissan LMP2 is probably not going to be released until after GT Academy... And we don't know if the GTR Nismo is coming to GT yet.

Yes mate i know, the car info will be for GTPRO and LMP1, i think i am going to replace the GTR with the old Audi R10 for now. The Zytek Nissan is coming to GT6 at the beginning of June i suppose that the Championship is going to start at the end of June so i will have enough time to test it and do the right spec :)
Cheers!

I'll have to see when this is run but this looks very promising. Just some advice from my experience as a DeltaWing driver in GTP ES, the Deltawing need's two BoPs. One for qualifying and one for race. The DW uses up its tires and fuel a lot less so it's better over race stints. Otherwise, this looks very good! Can't wait to see the season underway.

Would be interested in this if it doesn't conflict with GTOR WEC or GTP ES (GT4 class).

I'd like to run the GTR too if I can.

Out of curiousity, what day of the week and time are the races scheduled to be run?

New Update!
Poll for 6th Round added!

What do you mean by BoPs FutureF1?

Guys what are you thinking about doing the pre-season test afternoon going to night, in game time? Beacause we will have at least two races which will start in the afternoon and end at night ( in game time ) i think the Apricot Hill and Nurburgring GP, and maybe the misterious Round 6 from the Poll, depends on track ofcorse :)
