I can almost afford Schweinsteiger, I just always like to have ~50k in case someone messes up with someone expensive.

Robben and Ribery are a little over a million together.
 
That's what I hope to do. Get this, F1 2012, and a $20 PSN card for my birthday, then use the $20 on packs. I'm a bit addicted, aren't I?

It didn't get me anything good in FIFA 12, but it will give me some sort of money to make bigger transactions to make larger profits. Who knows, maybe I'll get a Messi.
 
Bought a Torres for 32K and sold him for 36.5K. Pretty good profit I think. May try to do that more often with Torres.

Anybody know if Neuer is worth the 70K price tag?

Anybody else notice that the price of players has dropped about 2K on all the more expensive players? Could we be seeing the beginning of the Market Crash this early?

I have Neuer, at first I thought he was rubbish but he seems to be a lot better now. 70k is a lot though, I only paid 50k for him I think.

You must have got him for a steal if you got him for 50K. I can't seem to find one in the formation I'm looking for for less than 75K. My current keeper is the IF Ter Stegen. He seems to be pretty good, only time he really concedes is when the ball is shot far away from him.

I will check later and let you know how much I paid, I got Casillas in a pack and thought it would be better to sell him for 100k or more so I could then buy 2 players with the money made off him. I managed to get Neuer and David Silva with the funds, that much I do remember :)

You would have had to get 1 of the players for 20K less than it's usual worth. That is insane!

I thought the invisible ball glitch was supposed to be fixed? I never got it before that update. Since the update I have had no ball 3 times. EA is trolling lol

Just checked, I got Neuer for 58,000 and David Silva for 50,500
 
I don't think I've seen either of those that low. Are you on Xbox or something?
 
That's why, prices are substantially lower on Xbox and PC than on PS3, and I think the majority of us are on PS3.

Should I go for Gotze or Schweinsteiger? The stats seem good for different reasons..

The auctions seem really slow now. Before I was buying the 400 coin bronze packs and making double or more on them, now I have had 7 or 8 full auctions today where nothing has sold. My squad building has crawled to a stop.
 
Prices seem to have gone down a lot except on stuff I want.

I REALLY like Gotze. Well worth the coins. Gotze has dribbling skills like Messi. You can literally just dribble your way around everyone, and you don't even need to skill.
 
I suppose for a quarter of the price its worth the try. I'll wait til the weekend to see if he dips under 10,000, there were some buy it nows for 12,500.

Are you serious! I purchased him for 17K 2 days ago, and that was the lowest price in the formation. I may do some studying and sell all my players that seem to be starting to decline in price...
 
Last time I looked the lowest Buy It Nows were 14,500.
 
Wasted a bunch of coins trying to get TOTW Akinfenwa, who I assume has 99 strength :lol:

Other than that, the BPL is coming on slowly, very slowly. Trading isn't being as effective, meaning slow build up of coins. However, playing a silver team in Division 1 is tonnes of fun! Was being dominated for 60 minutes, losing 2-0 ... Then I scored 5 in 10 minutes! Go figure.
 
Building a Serie A team, had pretty much a whole team anyway, but needed a RB and LB. Konko from Lazio and Paolo Armero from Udinese. I needed another Left Back to fight with Abidal, and he fits the bill nicely. Selling some players who never made it, Diego Costa was a disappointment, 6 goals from 20, no outstanding stats, but decent all-round ability, at 78 I was expecting more.

I also signed Isla for my right wing option.

100 chemistry and 80/81 rating. Vargas (striker) at 75 is lowest rated player, but he has pace of 89, which works well with the ever reliable Pazzini.

Armero is the best LB in the Serie A by far. Not sure why you would ever get anyone else for a LB.

Also, are you actually using Isla at RW? Because he is built solely as an RM. He is built mainly as an all-rounder, so you should use him as far back as possible to get his defensive qualities at their best. Maggio is the same as well.

If you want an RW for the Serie A, get Simone Pepe, who is very, very good on every term for an RW. Or, better yet, switch to an 4-3-2-1 and exploit the three RFs beasts of the Serie A: Palacio, Diamanti and Lamela. All brilliant in their own different way. (Though you also need someone who does well at LF)

There's actually one hybrid that I have planned that has Javi Martinez in it, which is an English/Spanish BSG hybrid. But it costs 100k which I don't have. Mainly because Hart is my goalie. But if there was one squad I'd build that actually had Deulofeu in it, it'd be the one...

You could find a way to slip Pepe Reina into goal instead of Hart, he's Spanish.

My contributions seem so small :lol:.
 
But I need the GK to be English, because of the way the links work. Fraser Forster would be an alternative, but I want it to be a completely balanced BSG (4 Gold, 4 Silver, 3 Bronze).

C-ZETA - Indeed, I meant RM over RW. He seems to be decent on pace and as you say, obvious all-round stats. EA Servers are back to being useless.
 
I had 38k of coins sitting in my pocket, I thought I could be in luck. 5 Premium Gold packs later, the best I had was Sessignon and Skrtel. I should have known better.
