Agbonlahor has a surprisingly good shot. Powerful enough to beat Neuer near post twice in one game.

ASH, is Büttner anything special? He would be my next pickup if that's the case.

He is solid in defence, has good pace and is good going forward, he can even shoot. He has 6 goals in 22 games for me, not bad for a LB.:)

If you ever get tired of facing pace, no worries, there is a solution!

OP team

Building slowly towards Buffon again, playing is quicker than trading at the moment.

I started a new career mode a few days ago and the teams looking really solid. I was Liverpool again because I wanted to use the post transfer window team. I traded Sturridge to Milan for El Shaarawy and some money because I didn't like the way he played in career mode. Then during the deadline day, I got an offer for Skrtel, so I sold him for about twice his value and bought Yanga-M'biwa because he was the only offer that was accepted, and he was in poor form so he was cheap. He's turned out to be a really good player too.

Then in the January transfer window, I sold Suarez to City for £45,000,000 and El Shaarawy to Barca for £40,000,000. I used that money to pick up Neymar and Reus and didn't make another big move at that point.

Then after the season, having won every competition and coming into a lot of money, I bought Bale and traded Gerrard+£6,000,000 for Eriksen, and that's how the team currently stands.

Sorry for the double post but, what does everyone think of this La Liga side? The midfield lacks some pace but, I think the defense and strike force are really good.

My AFC Wimbledon Manager Mode on my PS Vita is coming along well. The players don't seem to be growing but, I am really dominating the league.

That is exactly my La Liga team, except I have Xavi instead of Biscuits, who is on the bench and Puyol and Pique in with Pepe in defence.
I also rotate Ozil with Fabregas and Modric. Soldado, Mascherano, Pedro, Villa, Higuain, Sanchez and Khediera complete the squad.

I've played around 80 games with this squad and it is far more suited to offline play than online. It's definitely my favoured squad.

I really enjoy Busquets a lot for some reason. He replaced Fabregas at CDM on my super team. Xavi just doesn't do it for me. Busquets has those awesome defending stats.

Knock on wood, I'm doing well in Online Div 1 for my online play return. 3 Wins and 1 Draw. Bet I get a bunch of EA BS and tough players now though. Generally how things go lol.

Hexagon cup. Be warned, 3 games in, 3 90th minute A.I. equalisers. Luckily I have won in extra time/penalties on each.

I don't really play offline anymore, too many wins makes much more rubbish happen. I still have not got the free pack on my gtp account because of this, I'll have to force myself to play a tourney and the TOTW challenge to get it.

Online I'm going to use a less than 50 chem team to see if chemistry actually does anything, I bet I'll still do well because the whole team is pace, although I can't pace abuse like people I see online all the time, if one of them had the team they'd own everyone I would suspect.:yuck:

There seems to be much less BS when your record is bad lol. Maybe I should just lose a ton of games. I think I am like 250-4-26 or something right now.

I can confirm that's not the case. 3XX-1XX-3XX is my record.

Well. Just finished all 10 games of Online Div 1. Got to 20 points with 2 games remaining and was thinking, ok, this is when I have to play against the BS. Sure enough, I came up against a guy that literally had nobody from the CDM forward below 88 pace. It was actually stupid. He played like a C&*T as well. He took me down 1-2 and his second goal was a lucky rebound. The final game I was down 1-2 with 5 minutes remaining. I am on a counter attack and he brings his keeper out, I chip the keeper and tie the game to get me 21 points for the championship. Online is so much harder than offline mode.

I honestly just wish I could make money.

So do I lol. I just like making new teams and testing them out really.

Now I'm playing 3 different modes at one on FIFA. FUT as always, Manager Career Mode, and Player Career Mode.

Really enjoying the Player Career Mode actually. My player is an absolute animal at age 18 lol. On loan at MK Dons right now. Although, I really hated accepting that contract because AFC Wimbledon is one of the clubs that I support in real life.

I played a YouTube goal compilation player for the first time yesterday. He just slid and then spammed the trick stick until he got something. It wound me up no end.

I would rather have the coins honestly. Couldn't miss that much school for a soccer game, or fly overseas .

Looks like it will be extremely hard to win this weekend again.

You are probably not even allowed to enter, only certain countries are. No chance of winning anyway.:sly:

I've just found the list of countries.:)

Just participated in the FUT United Cup. It's professional level difficulty and not a single bit of scripting to be seen! It was an enjoyable tournament!

Interesting that South Korea is able to get that benefit but, Japan has no opportunity to win that competition? Guess we have too many people playing winning eleven here lol.

I don't even want to play FUT for these days I guess. People will be playing so sweaty with the opportunity for 1 million coins or a trip to a Manchester Derby.

I used the second one and didn't like it. The players are really quick but are for the most part agile as a jumbo jet.

The novelty of the pace team wears off quickly. People make up for a lack of skill, by buying the pace players, unfortunately there isn't any real counter to that, so you either get beat by them or do what they do. That's the main reason why I don't go online much.

Meh, pace can be fun :sly:

Anyway I've been on career a fair bit recently. Started off as Leeds and won the championship without too much intervening. Signed El Sharaarawy and Pogba, plus Fischer to bolster my team. Got through the second season creeping into the Champions Cup places, with the addition of managing in the Ivory Coast, which I couldn't refuse, given they ooze pace

Playing the World Cup today, quarter final was Italy. They started with Immobile as a striker, which is an extremely unfortunate surname for a footballer. He gets injured after two minutes, leaving with a broken ankle, living up to his surname. I promptly win the game 2-1.

This made my evening

Career is fun, and I'm dabbling in FUT at the moment too, my connection makes me irritated fairly quickly online :grumpy:

Just got through with fixing a very weird situation in career mode, which was just resolved with more money.:p

While trying to give all my players raises, which most of them rejected because of contract length issues, Reus gets back to me and says he will not sign back because he wants to play out his career elsewhere. While trying to go back and give him more money, the board comes to me and says that they have been told by Reus' agent that he will not be signing under any circumstance. So I transfer list him so I can at least get something out of it, but he gets no offer. So after the summer transfer window closed, I offered one last contract for £200,000, after the previous amount tried was £150,000, and naturally, he was just trying to get more money from me.:grumpy: At least I still have £750,000 in wage budget.
