Puyol! In all the games I have played with him, he has won every tackle or challenge. immense is an understatement.

Or just get all three, it works for me with squad rotation, adding Mascharano to the mix.
 
Pique was poor for me. Good tackling, but felt lanky, and he was incredibly slow. He has a really good long pass, but that's not really that crucial on a CB. 3 star skills are pointless, too. Any reasonably pacey team will make minced meat of Pique. Better pair him with another, faster CB, so it isn't an automatic goal everytime your opponent gets a break. For God sake, do NOT pair him with Raul Albiol. You will not win a game, ever.
 
:lol: If you use a CB with 50-something pace in this game you have a death wish. I like Mascherano so far so I'll just pick between Pepe and Puyol and get the other when I don't like one. Still can't decide how to use this coin...

Thinking about Xavi and Iniesta but not sure..

Gotten Benzema and Xavi, I think I'm gonna pass on Iniesta. Next up is either Cesc, Jordi Alba, or Pepe/Puyol.

Another winner in the 90'. I cannot believe how awful this is.

Di Maria always destroys my defense. I don't know if it's his pace or what, but it happens.
 
If you guys have Bale and aren't playing him at LF, you're missing out. 3 games, 7 goals with one hat-trick.

Is Wilshere's IF noticeably better than his normal card?

Considering making my EPL team 4-3-2-1, but I'd have to use an LF at RF and I'm not sure how Rooney and RVP would fare at CM.
 
I think Rooney would do decently, but RVP wouldn't. You could play RVP at striker and just use pacier players on the sides for support, with Rooney right behind him.

Drew this up pretty quickly.

I actually thought RVP would be better :lol:.

Hes outperformed Wayne somewhat at CAM, doesn't tire himself out, plays decent enough defense to complement Gerrard, and gets forward more than Rooney.

This is what I had in mind, both winger would cut inside to their strong foot.

I tried IF Defoe in for Sturridge and it didn't help Bale's chemistry... By the way, how is IF Defoe only 50k?

Don't know why he's so cheap, but since it's a BPL side, Bale should get full chemistry no matter what.

EDIT: Didn't realize he was playing on the right. You could try IF Defoe, and then Dembele at CM behind him. And why don't you play Clichy instead of Evra? Clichy has 10 more pace, slightly worse defending, and isn't that much more expensive.

I've always loved Evra, I scored my first goal in FIFA 11 with him and he's so solid in the back. If I had to pick an IF defender it'd be him.

But will Bale really only get 5 chem there?

I would expect him to get as much as 7, but what you can do is start Hazard at LW, with some random RW who gets full chemistry, get the ball, sub the RW off, and play Bale.
 
Interesting. Selling Xavi to get Hazard (sick of having to buy so many contracts for 6 teams) and already have a bid at only a 2.5k loss which is pretty good for my trading.

The reviews I'm reading on Defoe are split. The five pace points I'm losing scares me.
 
The 5 pace won't even be a problem. I have Sturridge in between Walcott and Bale, and all he does is distribute, so you don't need such a pacy striker in a 4-3-2-1.

Its really sad when EA has to put a force field around the other guy to let him blow me out. Its like trying to push two north ends of a magnet together and I'm really not a fan. For PS4 release I will pay the cost of the PS4 twice for Activision to make FIFA. Please listen!

It's even more sad when they make your CB's tackle out of bounds, to open attackers, and not tackle at all just so you don't win the title.:banghead:
 
Oh yeah, it's garbage. And all I learned from my one game in 4-3-2-1 is that I've been missing out not having Walcott. And I got a better lob through ball from RVP than I could from Xavi :D.

Di Maria is my first choice for my La Liga team. I prefer to have a right footer on the left and vice versa, especially if they have pace, it helps with the cutting in abduction shooting technique! All my teams have that, with the option on the bench to go the other way.
 
I gotcha, that's what I'm doing with my EPL team. The only real assets I have left on La Liga are Xabi and Benzema after buying Hazard though.

Yes because I've never had it on since I got the game.:sly: It shouldn't be hard to find.

As for UT I feel very poor with about 27k, it's been a long time since my coins were this low. Need to get enough to get IF De Gea and then see what IFs come next week.:)

You can have your own music. You need to make a playlist in the XMB, start the game then add it via the menu.

I still have him, he's good when my players are playing well that is, which does not seem to be that often anymore.:lol: He is small so isn't much use in the air but he can turn quickly and his finishing is good.
