I've had both. Bale feels like driving a Hummer and Hazard feels like a go kart. Lower top speed but more elusive.

And Hazard is 1000% cooler, which is sadly a factor I add in to who I buy.
 
I could sell Bale and be able to afford Hazard... I don't know though. Hazard has much better agility and balance, so he won't fall over as much, and will be quicker.
 
I never had Bale at LF but I've never had a non-ST score more.
 
I actually really like Bale when I used him for a bit at my friends house on FUT. As OP as Near Post is this year, left side, left footed player, he just rips things up. He doesn't have great agility or acceleration but, once he gets going he is really fast. And he has really high strength (I believe) because he seems to be able to shrug off defenders quite easily.
 
Bale for me was a total waste of time and coin. He seemed useless in every task, whereas some cheap bronze wingers seem to excel.
 
Just picked up Toure to replace RVP, next is IF Wilshere.

Oh yeah! Got Wilshere for 60,000, pretty sure that's decent. I will now ask if anyone sees anything I need to improve on:

Bought Hazard, got him for a pretty decent price of 72,500. Hopefully he'll perform well.

The only person I could say you could improve on is switch Kompany for Vermaelen.
 
Huh. I was gonna take out Kaboul if anyone, but that's interesting. The reviews on Kompany have been less than flattering from what I've seen.
 
The people who give him bad reviews are playing three at the back, so they have a slightly weaker defense anyways.
 
Gotcha. I probably need to get Hart, although Reina has been good.
 
I have Hart, and I don't think he's anything special. Then again, I" said so abut Neuer as well. I don't know. I expect absolute brilliance paying all this money for these goalkeepers, and might be quick to complain everytime I concede.

Some of the best keepers in the game, according to futhead, are said to be players like Marchetti or Frey. These guys have pretty high ratings and good reviews, mostly people saying that they've outperformed more expensive goalkeepers, and nonsense like that.

Hazard is best in a LW/LF position, where he can get all out there, cut in and shoot, or create cahnces with his brilliant passing. Bale has high defensive stats, which would really be beneficial to a 3-5-2. He's not the player you would be doing so much all out attacking with, being not so agile, and being on the left side with his strong foot being his left.
 
People always give bad reviews on defenders and goalkeepers. If a player loses, they often blame the defense rather than themselves. I used to be like that. If you buy world class defenders (I have Silva, Pepe, and Ramos and love them), you will love them. They seem to make less stupid mistakes than the lower rated versions.
 
I've been working on my other teams recently. I have a minimum 80 pace MLS bronze team, and my 343 silver Ligue 1, Championship team has been improved with Jenas, Curtis Davies, Zaha, Abu, Saivet and Chris Burke. It should pep things up in the silver online tournys.
 
Well Ronaldo was good but not 1.9 million good, no one can be to be fair. So I sold him for 1.99 million, so I only lost a little after tax. I then got Ribery (still overpriced) instead and changed to 4321 instead of 433 as I liked it more last year. Will probably get SIF Alaba and then who knows what to do with the rest of my coins.:lol:

Maybe, I don't know, I'm going to see if there are any players I could use on my gtp account, no high price ones though.:)

I am just opening packs on there with the coins I get from matches and bronze packs, if I ever get anything good there will definitely be another giveaway.:sly:

Just having a classic Fifa moment here. Im in a online FUT game, and a weird glitch has occured where neither player can get the ball. You just run over it and it's almost like the ball has disappeared even though it is there. The time has reached 90 minutes, so one of us has to quit and I'm sure as hell ain't going to do that. So, in the stalemate I'm browsing here, waiting for one of us to either quit or EA servers to do there best.

Edit - Still haven't quit!

Just been looking back at the list of 5* skillers from FIFA 11...how times change. The number of 5* skillers seemed limitless back then. With the latest update here, there's so few of them now that you could find a four-leaf clover more easily.

Just to give you an idea who was 5* back then in FIFA 11 and isn't after the most recent update (provided they are still in the game): Messi, Cassano, Gourcuff, Lavezzi, Miccoli, Pato, Aimar, Saviola, Menez, Hulk, Danny, Bastos, Zarate, Alexis, Varela, Buonanotte, Palladino, Diego Souza, Rafael Sobis, Wellington Silva, Maikon Leite, Obertan, Marcio Azevedo, Dagoberto, Danilinho, Lucas, Tshabalala, Maicosuel, Villalva, Cabral, Matias Fernandez, Vukcevic, Fred, Wallyson. (I might need some solid confirmation on Giovinco) That's a lot.

And I haven't even got to the Winter update 5*ers that were but now aren't. If you wanna go there, you can add: Sneijder, Hernanes, Jovetic, Totti, Del Piero, Amauri, Giaccherini, Rosina, Hazard, Nene, Coutinho.

All together, that is a total of 45 players who were 5* in FIFA 11 at some point, and are currently in the game but no longer 5*. There might even be a few stragglers I could have missed. And I haven't even gone to take into account anyone who might have been taken out of the game. To give you a good example, Ronaldo and Rivaldo were in the game at around these times...

New team is good, got to 18 points in D1 with one game left, obviously lost :lol: but I think it's a wise 200k investment as things go.

Next target, Dutch team with Robben ... This may take some time :scared:

I agree with you C-ZETA, they've practically rid the game of 5* skillers. Messi I can reason with, Giovinco they ditched because he was immense in the demo, but still seems a little odd. Just as well I barely use all the skills.
 
Fifa decided to relegate me (inspired by CAM), not such a bad thing due to the coinage, but yeah, I don't like a must-win game being against someone with about 3-second lag.

Anyone tried this Chinese New Year Cup online? Any harder than gold cup?
 
I've decided to exclude Kompany for now and make my next target IF Skrtle, because you gotta rep your favorite club.:p
 
Just saw an Akinfeev sell for 850. Sad part is, it only had one owner and he pulled it in November. That card was worth like 10,000 coins back then when I had it :lol:.

In other news, Hazard has 17 goals in 11 games and I sold my useless La Liga bunch to pick up Maicon.
 
Silver and bronze upgrades are out. Will be hunting for Deulofeu most of all, unlike the rest of the Fischer fanboys who have exploded because their future hero has an upgrade.
