Is there a way to sell a duplicate player if your transfer list is full (30/30)?

Somehow wait for one of the items to be sold then add the duplicate player to the list???
 
I HATE THIS GAME. This game almost makes me regret being a soccer fan. I want to enjoy the game I love because I don't have the opportunity to physically play, but this steaming pile of feces EA sells makes me feel sorry that I ever started to enjoy it. In what world does Walcott get beaten in a race? In what world does Agüero get hurt every single game? In what world does a player not get a home game for 3 whole seasons (when the home team has an advantage)?

On PS3 I would win at least every other game. Now I've gotten relegated twice with 2 wins in 20 games. No draws. No close games. Headers galore. If anyone knows why the PS4 game is this way, please tell me. I love soccer and want to enjoy it when it isnt on TV, but this cheating money vacuum they sell as entertainment makes me want to break something.
 
On the EA forums, people are all over these "100k coins packs".

Well, where are them? I haven't seen one yet. Not on my PS3, PS4 or the web app.
 
Still haven't had a home game. I don't understand. I just don't understand.

I got 6 points in a season. New PS4 record. I guess EA is just gonna boot me down to D10 and keep me there. Fun fact, none of the results I've had on PS4 have come from my first team. Hard to think that something fishy isn't going on. I'm less frustrated with it than I was.

Thankfully, Ghosts is a fun diversion and I really really like the console itself.

Currently waiting to chat with someone at EA. If I'm going to lose every single game, I at least want to lose some of them at the stadium I paid for so I can experience the wonderful "Living Worlds" that was so important to their sales pitch.

That was the first positive experience I've had with EA. The guy was nice, and sent my problem to a "Specialist" because it sounded "quite unusual." I'm sure that means it'll get buried and I'll continue to lose incessantly at opposing stadiums, but that did help.

Third straight relegation. Not even close to staying up. I want to scream.

Took a little break and played Ghosts hoping EA Support would have ameliorated my issue before I checked again. Naturally, when I logged in to EA Help my case had not even been touched. I really want to play FIFA, but it's rather difficult when simple things cannot be attended to.

Long story short, I would pay $120 (probably more) for Activision or some other company that knows how to make a multiplayer game to make a soccer game that's enjoyable more than 10% of the time. Here's to hoping the game can become at least playable again.
 
Fifa 14 new years 100k coins mega pack... Best pull was Götze for about 65k, rest was Isco for around 7k and some around 1-2k and rest discard.

Currently in D8 after 2 titles and a hold in UT. Played five, won my first three easily. Last two games, first I either played against 2 people or someone with the old defending set up as everytime I got the ball I was swamped by two players sprinting at me from either direction. I took a lead in the first half only to be beaten with '85 and '88 goals.. :grumpy:

Next game I'm playing against someone who has an all star BPL team..

So I took and early lead when Javier Hernandez scored from a cross put in by Pablo Hernandez. Then towards the end of the half he was one on one basically and no doubt going to score so I slid in and gave away a penalty. Fair enough, I can try to save it. Nope, hit perfectly into the top left corner. Again, fair enough. Later on at '45, Pablo Hernandez again crossed a ball in, to his Fellani, which rebounded off of him into the goal. Later on into the second half he got a goal around the '80s, and I try to get a winner only for him to go and score in the 90th minute... Argh c'mon like.. I'll take a fair win but late goals annoy the me so much..

EDIT: Also, does anyone have any trading tips? I'm doing gold contracts. Buying at 200 and selling at 250 bid, 300 buy now. It's working well enough to the point I have been able to save 8000 coins. Where should I go from here? Any players that can be bought low and sold high?
 
You can try buying rare gold contracts for 150-200, then sell them easily for 350-400. Havent done much trading yet but I sell the rare golds for 400 coins 9/10 times and the 10th for 350...
 
It's very hard to find them for that price though. Besides, I bought Anfield for 400, Liverpool's Home (1400 :grumpy:) and Third (450) kits and a MLS adidas ball so I could finish off my manager tasks. Then went and bought 34 gold contracts for 200 now moving on to sell for 250/300 and at this time of day they should sell much easier then at 4am :lol: Might even try some at 300/350 to see how that fairs.

Just had an awesome game that I thought I was gonna lose very early on, especially since I was 3-1 down with 10 men. But I somehow came back and won it.

"Palacios FCB" must be my account that someone hacked and changed the name. That is, if I'm even given the chance by the EA gods to be in contention at the end. "Oh, you just scored the winner and want to defend? NAH here take this PK resulting from a pass to an opposing player you didn't call for."

Kudos for being on the winning end though 👍.
 
It happened me at first though, was 4-3 after a '87 min goal and he got a '90 min goal. I took tip, dribbled through his entire team and then as I was about to shoot he came in from behind to take me down.
 
I wasn't saying you didn't earn it at all. I'm just saying if you research my list of goals allowed, at least 50% of them will be headers with a 45' or a 90' written next to them.

Just a playful shot at EA, since that's all we really have :).
 
Oh same for me. In division 8 I won my first 3 games and was on 9 points, I finished the division on 11 points. With so many 90' goals.
 
I still can't get myself to venture online with FIFA 14. Every time I play an online friendly with a friend, the game is super laggy, so much so that defending and one touch or first touch play is impossible, and the person that is not hosting always wins.

This being said, I am still loving Career mode. Currently doing a Career mode with AC Milan in an attempt to rebuild them from their short comings the past two seasons. Currently sitting 2nd in Serie A, 3 points behind Inter and 1point ahead of Juve.

It's been a really solid team so far. Lacks a bit of depth in a few positions. Hopefully that will be sorted in season 2. My current Season 2 Summer transfer targets are Nicola Leali, Axel Witsel, and Kevin De Bruyne. Considering looking for a young left winger from Brazil and potentially a young Striker to fill in when fixtures will inevitably get tight. Any suggestions?
 
Lucas Piazon for the winger, and it depends for the striker.

If you want someone who is low rated but will grow into the upper 80's, get Saido Berahino, or Anthony Martial.

If you want someone who is already in the 80's, but will still grow, try and get Jovetic.

Piazon was the first player that came to mind but, I have used him too much with both Chelsea and Real Madrid in the past. Will probably look for someone else.

Jovetic is going to be one that I would definitely look into. He's out of favour at Man City in real life right now and would be a realistic target to leave. I'm not sure how much competition I want with Balotelli and Sau though. Sau has been a gem considering he's only a 77 rated player. And he was relatively cheap at 4 mil for the purchase.
 
I'm pretty sure he starts for Man City in career, so he might cost upwards of 20 million.

If you're only looking at Brazilian LW's, then you have Neymar, Piazon, Willian, Douglas Costa, and Elber with high potentials.

Yeah, they wanted something like 50 mil Euro for him. I just couldn't afford that with my modest 19 million euro AC Milan budget lol. Ended up picking up Witsel, Douglas Costa (Loving him on the RW so far!), and Nicola Leali.

I played my first season on Professional but, decided to bump up the difficulty to World Class for this year because I was able to control a game so well on Professional that the other team would not get into their final third. But, on World Class, I can't seem to get into my final third until the other team have a 2 goal cushion. Then I am able to get into the box.

*EDIT*
The BS Meter knob seems to be turned from 5 to 11 when you switch from Professional to World Class as well.

I could handle the AI on higher difficulties if I could just find ways to create space. The only goals I seem to be able to get are from through balls or crosses; I can never find the space at the top of the box to pop in a long shot.

I have a similar problem scoring. Usually, I cannot even get close to the final third until the opposing team has a corner or has already scored two goals before that. The few times that I do get off to a good start and get a goal or two, then I cannot seem to get the touch of the ball and the opposite team turns into a team full of Lionel Messi's. It's just stupid.

Though, I must say that I have been on a run of form. Have played 15 games today and have gone 9-4-2. So, I must be figuring something out. All of the games have been real nail biters and could have gone either way though.

Exactly this happens all the time to me aswell...

Even though I have a 85 rated/100 chemistry team against some 71 rated/60 chemistry or whatever, I almost all the time struggle because Fifa is so unbalanced.

Really annoying.
 
Just sold 90% of my BPL team to finance Ronaldo and/or Messi later on. Still got IF Navas, IF Baines, Aguero and Yaya Toure left of high value.
 
Has anyone noticed a glitch in Career mode where every game is in the rain? I swear I've now had 7 games in a row in the rain. I hate playing in the rain as well.
 
Fifa 14 is getting more and more annoying for every match that goes....

Was absolutely dominating a match for the whole 90 minutes, had something like 17 shots on goal... Lost 0-2.
Stupid defenders kicking the ball to short so the opponent snatches the ball and scores... Twice.

Next match, very even, played against a good player, he had some incredible chances. Somehow I was leading 4-0 to half time and got the 5th early in second half.

He managed to get a couple goals (one very nice goal, and one rubbish defending mistake again) to make it 5-2.

It's just amazing how good I can be against a good player, but against a player not so good my team is struggling as hell. Loving the balance here, Fifa.... Just well done. And it's like this all the time.
 
It's because counter attacks leave you so wide open down the wing, that it makes it incredibly easy to cross and score, or power it down the middle. Fullbacks don't get back, your DM goes too high, and they leave your CB's hanging out to dry.

No, even when i'm in balance (fullbacks are back and CDM is back) they seem to be able to Barca their way through my centre with no trouble. But nooooo, when I try the same (with my on paper better players), they always are there and snatches the ball.

Coming to the close of my first season in Career Mode, with Spurs. It's just one to get me started really, as I know I'll end up starting a new one after the Window closes IRL.

Sitting 4th in the league but with games in hand it could be 2nd, out in the semi-finals in both cups, have got a game against Man City in the Europa League semi-finals and pretty much no chance of the title, United are 12 clear and I've 24 to play for.

There is more, but none that really get called up for more than 1 or 2 matches in the season. Squad is completely full at the 42-limit.

Signed Benteke for 23 million but he hasn't really been as effective as Soldado for me, will probably offload if I can get 50 million for him. Ramirez cost 18 million and is doing really well, shame his potential is nerfed from last year. Sold Walker(which I regret), Defoe, Lennon and Dawson.

I could see this becoming boring fairly quickly as this squad has a HUGE potential, when I do another one, I might look at Cardiff? Anybody else have a suggestion?
