It's a myth. I'm Level 40 B-Spec (if that counts) and damage is not changed.

I think B-Spec doesn't count for Level 40 damage, very logical as B-Spec drivers don't crash often without you messing up their race.

There's no lvl damage!

There's tire wear/damage & fuel consumption in the endurance races.

And there's light damage (auto fixed after some seconds) & heavy damage (you have to pit to let it fix), selectable for online races & practice mode.

That's it. Get to lvl 40, your car won't explode when you hit the wall. :tup:

There's also a long version of the video where you can see how they rescue the "smoking" Ferrari driver.

Btw. both drivers survived the crash. 👍


The Ferrari driver was Tetsuya Ota

Lol, I was soooo hopefull that the lvl 40 damage wasn't a myth, but alas, level 40 in both a-spec and b-spec, and still just the same old damage. Save yourselves the dissapointment people, forget the lvl 40 myth.
