finally won the vitz cup

after many try's i found this a hard race, the reward was great though a color that i didn't know about, well fully tuned i get a good topspeed

I actaully didn't have a that much of a problem beating the vitz cup. Idk why but a lot of people did(probably because they would brake while turning and get understeer, because that was my problem at first). Only problem I had was SS Route 11 I think its called.

I won that same exact car and color too.

Any luck with it running a decent time in the 400m? Thought it would do better with over a 1000hp but I guess not.

12s... lol. 10 is rare. To hit a 10 you need serious suspension work, definitely some slicks and probably an LSD. Supra's are highway racers, and dyno queens, but have MAJOR traction problems on the strip. Besides, most of thier peak horsepower comes in the last 500-1000 RPM before the redline, regardless of if you're packing 600,800 or 1000.

A joke I hear at local Toyota meets (I own an MR2 and attend local Toyota and MR2 meets):

Well it is a game so I didn't think it would be that realistic. I mean most cars with 1000hp in the game can get 9's. So I just thought it would be based on the hp like most cars in the game.

LOL everyone says the Vitz race is hard, but for those tuning maniacs (the ones that will try an d get 1 more HP out of their car), you might want to put about 300 miles on your Vitz, by then, the engine will be fully broken in and you will get your maximum HP (but now you have to learn to turn har har har). BTW Put some dirt tires on the Supra and try rallying with all 1000 HP!

Don't dread it! The Vitz Series is a ball to run, and the Pitz is the best of the lot. I actually enjoy driving it almost as much as my ITR.

And to whoever talked about "breaking in" their Vitz, that only applies to dealer cars. Prize cars come at full peak power.

I'll get around to it one of these days. I've been on a roll lately winning all these great cars. Maybe the discipline of HAVING to find the best possible line will help me with my S Lisence......That is, to get some speed out of this car.

Rally with a 1000HP Supra? EZ!!! I actually went through the whole rally challenge in a 1200HP R34...
I know it was cheap and cheating....but it handled suprizingly well and needless to say..kicked the crap out of every rally car in the area

The Vitz race was relatively easy, except for the Super Stage 11. I couldn't beat it for the life of me. I never raced it again until a few months later. I tuned the Vitz, and won my Vitz by 10 seconds or so. Then I did the same on my friends, and won by 30 seconds.

I think a lot of it depends on the tuning.
