Just buy the Lexus IS Racing Concept, it's cheaper and just as fast. You can also use it in the Japan Championship as well.

If you're tired waiting and have some money you can buy the Lexus IS Concept 08 from the dealership. It doesn't have to be German.

they all came through in the early stages of the game while you didn't have the money or level to buy them LOL. just wait, use the trading marketplace here or RM the '07 IS F.

You shouldn't need to tune it according to other threads. I have one, chuck racing softs and a big turbo/engine upgrade on it. 750 BHP will give you no problems. Stunning looking car as well.
