OK I have registered. I put Blue/Black as colors. I might forget to put this combo of colors, so please remind me if you can. Also, I signed up for Division 2 only for the 1st race due to the Integras. Unless Im really happy with division 2, I will keep division 2 and NOT change to Division 1.

I don't usually do these kind of races, I just compete online with whomever I feel like that day. Some faster than others. (I do have some fast friends, that are on GTP as well) But I thought I would step up to this, give me something to do! Wish I could have seen what colours looked good on the car first though! Haha.

Also, I'm more than willing to do some "official" pictures of the races, as I do some virtual, but more "real" photography.

Mine are negative, so what?

Based on what I have seen you do in the Capp Cup, if your odds are negative, then I am in real big trouble. Not too worried though, had some great fun running in some tight battles at the back of the field before.

Hmm, great stuff man, you're definitely the guy who should have a thing like that. Your tracks always end up having fantastic flow. You should make a track then hold a little week long time trial. Then the winner will have the track named after it or something.

But other than that, big welcome goes out to the new guys. Thanks for reaching out your hand to help out with photos Longbow. If you can do race photos even half as well as TnJ you'll be fantastic.

@Nepalii
You're probably going to want to stay in D2. All the veterans are going there and it's pretty much going to be the main event in my opinion.

@RT
How're the numbers for sign-ups looking like so far? Mind posting an update with the number of entries? Disregard this if you've already posted that somewhere; I'm on my phone.

Sorry, missed this before. But yeah, that would be awesome!

It's filling up quick. So far we have 11 drivers in each, which is awesome that it's turned out so even. :dopey:

Good thing I went into D1 then!

Well that's great! I'll look forward to doing that for sure. (as well as racing, o'course) I've only taken photos of a race I entered once before (but as I said, I do them in real-life - I run the Photography competitions on GTP, and created/was in the last two Official GTP Calendars), but you can see the shots I did of the Spec Vipers HERE. No one asked me to do any of their specific car, or something - but if people have requests this time, I would be happy to do that.

I would have entered that division, my fear wasn't as high as it should have been. But it's too late at night for me, so it's inconvenient, and I'm an early riser so I would be a bit worse for wear at that point too. Oh well, I shall enjoy my division. I'm sure they'll be more than a challenge.

I will stay on D2 then... I probably wont win, but maybe I can improve myself.

filling? :nervous:

does that mean I have to guess at my colors to reserve a spot?
or is it like before where qualifying determines the 14 but registration spots are infinite?

I would to register for FMSC if there are any reserve spots available for the second division.

PSN: MontalvoMC
Colors: R33 LM Blue/ Black rims.

Given that quali format now is just a couple of laps in the race room few minutes before the race - you better register.
I can see possibly extending the registration list to 16 (15 for D1) and cutting 2 drivers during the quali, but not beyond that.

I'll wait for Turbo before I pull the trigger, but that's unfortunate. I really wanted to get the car before painting it. Not even sure if the wheels are paint-able. :/

@Watson - You know a lot of the people who register won't show up anyways so it doesn't matter if you wait to confirm your colors. I just signed up for d2 a few minutes ago because I decided I am just going to run the same colors that I ran in seasons 1 & 2.

I guess when Wardez said that the veterans are going to be in D2, he REALLY meant that the veterans are going to be in D2. Wardez, Brosif, TnjF... :nervous: Im screwed. lol

I'm a little scared. :scared: I don't even know what to expect. :nervous:

i want to register div 1 now to make sure i get a spot..... but i like to have my exact colours right...
ofc Turbo is making the exception of letting us from integras race in div 2 for the first race (if theres space)

Well it's good to know I'll be amongst familiar names in D2 and it will be a good measure of whether or not my driving skills have improved any. I know my tuning skills haven't so I'm going to need to find a crew chief for the season to help me set my car up.

Don't scare me any further!

Then again, I pulled off a pole for the final race last season and led some laps. Of course, that's with the old car and before Spec 2.0 so I don't know how I will run this time around. I'll definitely be in my lounge a lot for practice.

hah, nah I'm gonna be in D1.

A few names you're going to be "wtf"ing at in D2 are Egghead, RT, Brosif, Outlaw, Nige (aka Welsh. He was in Season 2 and just started to get warmed up and really getting into his element before he unfortunately had to pull out), SLC V-Dub, and Samhain (if he makes the usual last second entry), among others.

D1 will have Rees, Aderrrm, and I and a few others I'm sure.

Also, amar confirmed that only the host of the room need have the DLC tracks downloaded; anyone else that's in the room will be able to race on the track even though they haven't paid for them. Cool move by PD.

Would be good to see who's signed up for each division so far! I'm in D1 due to it being better for the UK timezone. If Aderrrm is there then we'll have a challenge on our hands for sure.

On the flip side, looks like there is gonna be some mean competition in D1.

Bring it on :p

Please give me a little headstart!

How many have signed up roughly so far, in which division for a rough idea? (if that's legit to give out yet!)

registered D1... I'll just use the Sabres colors I was going to use on the '89
