Did you decide to do a late room too? If so, I'm in and would like my real world number if available, #51 and painted in obnoxious bright green.

Check the first page. Division 2 will run at 10pm EST.

Edit: Now that we know the new cars are customizable, I may just open registration shortly...

I do believe it was said that they are unpurchasable. Only 1. :( No RM, it's actually just it's own thing.

Since I don't know the specs of the car, it already comes tuned so we may just use it as-is. I won't know until we have access to the car if it will need any extra parts purchased. Probably not though.

Sorry.. I haven't read all the posts, but I am starting to get a little confused. Every time I come in here it seems people are "registering."

I guess I am just posting to say I am interested, and I am waiting until official registration opens before I stake claim to a number, car, etc.

They're just staking claim to numbers, which is no big deal.

I feel a little guilty. I think I inadvertently started this when I started asking questions about the DLC car and that I would be disappointed if I couldnt use my regular number for this series.
 
Its no big deal. It just shows there is good excitement for the new series.

I was just frequenting here for updated information to the series, and a good many of the posts are about racing numbers and "please register me under this info."

And sorry Schaden, my comment wasn't meant solely at you.. A lot of people seem to be "registering" even though the date says the 18th.

There in lies my confusion, in that people are "registering" even though the registration date hasn't been reached. Turbo just cleared it up.. Registration is not currently happening, but you can register your number.

Even still I will wait.. I will wait to register my number, name, etc. once full registration is available.

And sorry if my post was a bit confrontational. Having a "bad" day, and this just happened to be the forum spot I came to first.

I just opened registration. You can access the registration page by clicking on the "Click To Register" button in the second post. 👍

Please NOTE: Make sure you have your colors picked BEFORE you register as they cannot be changed.
 
It's going to take me a bit on the colour thing. Especially the wheels. Most of the time I don't paint the wheels on my cars.
 
That's fine, just put whatever the wheel color is, even if it's silver.

Edit: Once we all get our cars set up, I'd like to do some small practice races so that I can save the replays and get some pictures of everyone's cars. I shall use these photos to fill out the registration page. ;)
 
Just registered. No idea if any numbers are repeated...how will we know? I did register for the number 7. There was no place for it, but I will plan on running in division 2. Thanks for presenting this awesome series. So looking forward to this...especially after seeing the GT Academy tv show tonight on SPEED.
 
Those two drivers that just registered, please re-register. I added the division selection to the registration sheet.
 
I am making an exception for those few drivers who are running the last Integra race of their season and will be running their first FMSC race in Division 2, then switching to Division 1 after that. If you are not part of that group, then yeah the one that you choose you are stuck in.
 
I expected that, not everyone can make the whole schedule. That's why the points will let you drop your worst race, there's also a bunch of bonus points available , etc.
 
Oh ok, I may pull through then. I really hope I don't miss Twin Cities, Spa, and Leguna. That would be terrible for me to miss them. :(
 
Who's says I might not get into the top 7? ;) Then again, it'll be my first season running with you guys, so I don't know what to expect. Except that your probably very very fast.
 
Cool man, always excited to register, especially after the lonnnng wait. Can't believe FMSC's back!

Btw we had a good turn out in fmsc live. A bit of confusion in the room so we had two heat races with about ten drivers each. Still trying to get used to the Forza feel, so I was off my game, but having no crazy draft at Indy really made it a joy to race. Cars sound cool too, videos will be posted here soon: bit.ly/fmsclivemain

And just to make it clear, before RT updates the driver list. I registered for div. 1.

True, it is new, and only driven by few so far. Time will take it's course and we'll catch the moment when it's time to strive for the car and finally drive it. Tuesday needs to be tomorrow. :)

Should mine be black or blue...?

I haven't seen him unfortunately. I'll PM him tomorrow just in case he still visits here every once in a while. In fact, I'll PM all the drivers from the previous seasons that haven't been in this thread in a while to see if they might be interested. Unfortunately this time around we're on a restricted number of entries.

Also, if you need any graphics from our sponsors let me know, I have them in a transparent background form that you can use. I'm also working on getting Mazda into the mix and should have them shortly. They are being a bit more strict on the legal side of things. :)

Note to everyone else: I updated the posts on the first page with a better description of the divisions, as well as how the points standings will work.
 
Awesome RT yeah that would be cool. I was working on getting Hard Dog's logo into Forza, I'll follow it up with Hydra and such. Surprisingly there seems to be a lot of Flyin' Miata fans on Forza 'cause I put up the base logo of FM on my storefront and it's been downloaded like crazy, I should start charging for it xD.

But I feel you about the restricted number of drivers. I'm sure he'll be happy to see that the D2 race is going to be later on Sunday. I'm also hoping that means Mr. Wilding can make an epic comeback!

Hey, also, I was reading amar's thread on his playing of the DLC (I wonder how the hell he did that btw) and we got number change ability confirmed yesss!

Being able to change the rehuhms is a nice bonus too.
