You can bet pretty far judging by his angle of launch

Wait, that one's shopped too, isn't it? If the guy was really flying that high over there, there'd probably be motion blur and he probably wouldn't have his arms sort of limp...he'd probably have curled up...and it looks like he would've had to jump a bit before...and it's hard to jump off a bike.

yea, it's been shopped...the angle of the rider with respect to the bike is slightly off...and the arms should be out in front of him. it's human nature to protect the face...for some reason though, guys rarely bring their hands in to protect their crotch as fast as they do to protect the face
