It really does look like a Focus, doesn't it?

I think the next generation of WRC cars will be based on a platform size down from the current ones - principally because of the 206, I would say. Anyway, there's already rumours that the 2005 Skoda WRC will be a Fabia.

I love it. It looks like a focus on steriods. The blue square mozaic thing need looks ok, execpt for the blue on the side view mirrors. Heck, I would buy it.

Yeah it does look like the Clio V6 from the sides, but I think it looks quite nice myself. Although it looks a bit too kitted out for a super 1600 machine. So maybe it will replace the focus.

perhaps... if it does, it's end of the road for Subaru, Mitsubishi and Skoda. these big cars won't be going anywhere... Subaru needs a 2 door Impreza again, Skoda needs to use a Felicia based car, or something quite smaller than the Octavia!

I dont understant why they thought bigger cars would be better?
I mean the Mistsu is crappeah, same with the skoda and the Impreza has gotten a little fatter recently. While the pug 206 is small and just kills everyone.

I don't think it will replace the Focus, because it's too small, they could never get every thing of a WRC into it. Peugeot is thinking about using the 307 after next year because the 206 is too small and they have a lot of trouble with the weight balance.

When they wanted to enter the 206, they also had to make it longer (the bumpers are way bigger than the standard ones) and I think the Fiesta is even smaller than the 206.

It's quite obvious that it will be their next Super 1600, because the Puma has too much problems and has become too slow to keep up with the rest of the S1600. It has a 1.6 engine develloping 200 bhp and is FWD, if that is another key.
