Supposed to be; note the addition of the reflectors, painted calipers, much more visual interior, etc. If not, likely a pre-production prototype that is 90% finished product.

Ehhhh they do. The main problem is that they look like an afterthought, like someone looked at the car and remembered it was a GT successor so people expect stripes so just threw some random ones on.
